Estancia agradable

El personal muy amable y buena ubicación al lado de la estación de autobuses!

Por las mañanas a pesar de que pusimos el cartel de no molestar, las personas de limpieza tocaban insistentemente la puerta y nos despertaban

horrible experience, try to scam

Since I arrived in the hotel, I noticed a not helpful attitude by the staff. I was charged the price of the room even if I thought that it was already charged when reserving (by the way, I was charged 30 euro even in booking the price was appearing as 29 €, but it doesn'n matter). A friend of mine visited me less than 30 minutes and I had to pay 20 euro more, as she stayed the whole night. The hotel was full of mosquitos and other insects (I have also videos proving this) and when it was 6 am, as it was impossible to sleep, I did check-out, telling to reception how bad was the experience. In response of that, instead apoligizing, the staff of the hotel tried to tell Booking that I didn't show myself to the hotel, ignoring any customer care and fairness rule. I do not advise anyone to go there!

Affordable and u convenient

Very basic accommodation, clean, good size room, private bathroom, toiletries, free WiFi, very conveniently located next to the bus station and 3 large supermarkets - all the things i was looking for. Very early check-in was also accommodated.

Guests need to check in with the reception each time they go in or out. The keys need to be left at reception when going out.

Perfect for a comfortable and cost effective stay.

The biggest factor for this hotel is it’s value for money. It has everything that I needed and is comfortable.

Obviously, there are not really any frills. But at this price point it is a lot better than I expected.

Good value, traditional pension

Good value, traditional pension. Basic but functional, clean and friendly. The attached restaurant serves good food at good prices. Very well located for the centre and the bus station just across the road.

Fantastic value for money!

Really good value for money. Exceptionally professional friendly receptionists(I'd pay them higher wages) If it was not for them this hotel would have lower rating. Other staff members, restaurant staff- lovely people. Thanks! Bus station nearby, city centre 5 min walk. Cafeteria opens at 7AM. Good beer and tapas for couple of euros!

Needs to be renovated urgently, Although much much better than anything I have seen in Europe for this price.

Good value, honest and traditional

A good value, honest and traditional hotel. Ideal for a few nights stay, or to break a journey and perfect for the bus station. Good home cooked food at good prices. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
