The terrace, the BBQ, the location, the apple tree, the fridge, AC. The hosting family Ainar and Rita are fantastic, kind and very approachable people. Had a little chit chat with them every other day. They were always checking if everything is fine and even allowed us to use the spare parking spot for our visiting friends. Free late check-out was a great final bonus for us.
Not much space in the bathroom and shower water could be a bit hotter, had some issues with Wi-Fi.

Quiet location very close to the beach. Nice outside area.
Smelly room with a tiny bathroom. Mattress was uncomfortable

The location is very nice, at walking distance from the beach, in a nice and quiet neighborhood full of charming wooden houses.
The room we booked was extremely small. According to the information on Booking the room was 9 m2, and consisted of a double bed that would be "extra long", more than 2 meters, a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. In reality the bed was not that long, and it was less wide than normal. It squeaked with every move and the mattress was very soft. The 9m2 includes not only the room, but the whole unit (also the "hall" and the bathroom, that consists of a narrow shower and a toilet. It was not possible to sit straight on the toilet with the door closed). There was no space at all for any luggage, except maybe a very small weekend bag. There also was no closet to put away clothes. The so-called kitchenette was in fact a small cabinet with a lavabo on top and a portable electric hob for one pot.
The room gave us a claustrophobic feeling and we didn't manage to sleep well in that bed, so wel left after one night, although we booked two nights.
We think that the room might suit one person staying overnight, with just a weekend bag, and without cooking plans.

We really liked the nice garden and it was close to the beach. The meeting with Ainars was great. We are historically interested, so we couldn’t have a better host!

Nice apartment with unique interior. Near the beach, about 3 min by foot. The beach is spacious and not crowded in this area.

Everything! The location was fantastic, so close to the beach, beautiful grounds, lovely hosts, and fantastic apartment. We travelled around Latvia staying in 4 different places and this was our favourite.
I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to return here!
Nothing.

Just perfect! The host was very nice.
The accommodation is very clean ,the pictures correspond to reality.
Wifi without problems. Beds a little soft (matter of taste).
Free parking is available on the property. There is shopping and restaurants/bistros nearby. Everything is within walking distance. The beach is only 200 meters away.

close to the sea, a very cozy yard where you can have a great dinner, the apartment has all the amenities, a kitchenette, coffee, tea and other little things. the owner is an interesting person, he told the history of the town and its surroundings, a lot of interesting literature.
a few mosquitoes... but not bad..., you can protect yourself.

The owner was super nice and friendly. The room is quite tiny but really cozy. Really nice to have a terrace just right in front of the room. Love the marine concept!
Perfect location, just few minutes on foot to the beach. Highly recommended :)
Would be nice to have an AC or a fan in the room because summer heat makes it quite hard to sleep there

The accommodation is easy to reach, just off the main road that goes through Jurmala and a two-minute walk to the long, long beach. The place is calm, no noise at night. It's one of those older wooden houses where the owner himself still lives. The room was big and nicely furnished, the kitchen was well enough equipped, even with a washing machine. We loved the little espresso maker and the packet of espresso coffee powder as well as salt, pepper and sugar. Thank you! There's a round table in table and two cozy chairs in the room where we could sit and eat. It's no problem to park your car in front of the house (front yard) or leave your bikes in the back yard as there is a big wooden fence with a wooden gate around the site. We had a laundry rack that we could use to dry a few things in the garden, and there's also a nice little wooden terrace with chairs, an outdoor sofa and table. It's only a ten-minute walk to the train station of Dubulti, that's why we went by train to Riga (half an hour and quite cheap).

The bungalow is really cozy - it almost feels like home.
The host is very helpful, knows the area from head to toe and has a lot of fascinating stories!
In short, this is a great place with a great atmosphere and people!

Super cozy little apartment in a historical house 100 m from the beach. I enjoyed the big quiet garden with my own corner for coffee, wonderful and helpful hosts and also proximity to a local cornershop and a bakery/canteen. A perfect offseason miniholiday near the sea.
I loved everything and hope to come back
