super cute, very clean, in an awesome location :)
one of the noisiest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. it’s an echo chamber and if other guests aren’t considerate it’s loud. it is probably less loud usually, I think we had an unlucky timing with a group staying there.

Location was excellent - close to park and lots of food options. Interesting neighborhood to walk around in.
No place to hang clothes in room!
Noise from neighboring rooms bothered my husband during the night.

I stayed in Room 211. The location of this hotel, in one of Mexico City's most traditional neighborhoods, is ideal for visitors wanting to get "up close and personal" with daily life in Mexico in a safe environment steps away from excellent restaurants, an historic central park, public transportation to/from the airport and the city's most vibrant shopping center. The hotel is a typical, but above-average Mexican "tourist class" hotel offering safety, rooms spotlessly cleaned by a dedicated staff with room pricing offering exceptional value. My room was spacious with a huge marble bathroom with complimentary bottles of purified drinking water. I have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed.
Friday and Saturday nights at the hotel can be a little noisy, until, say, Midnight. The nuisance is probably unavoidable. A smoke detector outside one of the rooms "chirps" noisily throughout the overnight and needs a battery change.

Perfect location, quiet and very comfy
The cleaning lady plays loud music from a cellphone early in the mornings just outside our door.

The bed was really comfortable and firm.
Very fast internet.
It's close to buenavista bus stop.
Staff was nice and helpful.
The room was very clean.
Complimentary water in the room.
The room, but probably the whole hotel is incredibly loud. I had non closeable "windows" so I heard everything that went on outside, but if I could close them, you can also hear everything through the very old door. Last day there were 2-3 mexican families (they may live there) that were yelling for a long time. Also every night there was some very loud music that you could here in the room but not outside so I assume that it came from the neighbourhood building. It was very annoying. Low water pressure and you have to wait about 5-10 minutes for the hot water to come. I'd say is good for backpackers that don't want to share rooms and want a bathroom in the room.

Great location! Good value for your money!
The water gets all over the floor while taking a shower but other than that is all great.

The location was great since it was close to a park and many cute cafes and restaurants.
My reservation included a room with a balcony but I was given a room without one. Also my window couldn’t be locked so it had to be jerry-rigged to close with a stick. One other inconvenience was that I asked Reception to hold onto my laundry and hand it over to the messenger when he arrived - they agreed but when the messenger came to collect they refused to hand it over to him even though he had all my details to verify the pickup.

Location is amazing. So many restaurants and a great park so close. Clean and extremely good value. Would stay again
Everything was good. Not a place that really
inspires one to spend a lot of time in the room, but great for a place to sleep.

Best locations between all the shops, good restaurant which is open till late
Little light in the room
Very noisy. I could hear the cellphone charging in another room!

Very big space at good location
Smelled like smoke although it was a no smoking room. There was even a little bit of ashes dirt to be found on one of the tables.
Also no elevator available for your luggage but the staff helps you though on request.

The hotel is situated in a traditional family-oriented city neighborhood with all the conveniences one would want.
