There was a problem with our original cabin so they upgraded us immediately to a super safari tent at no extra cost. Very well equipped and a great location.

What a lovely way to enjoy Luxembourg.twonof us so the mini pod cabin was perfect and had lovely dubets. The decking was great for eating outside with two chairs and table. Perfect.the toilet and shower block 2mins away so perfect and always kept so clean. The pool was always clean and warm. Everything was so well laid out from the facilities to the welcome to everything that was in our pod. We had enough utensils and hob and fridge so we could cook. We were able to enjoy the bistro beside the pool and the restaurant and it is still within walking distance to the town. Everyone is welcoming and the map tells you where everything is on site and times pool open at etc. Congratulations on an amazing site and we used public transport to get there just a couple of changes bus and trains and public transport is free. The best kept secret ever.
The pool did close early one day due to rain which in Ireland we are used to the rain but understand. I might recommend a fan as there is a heater for colder nights but at 31degrees it was hot in the chalet..

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful for our stay.
They had wifi throughout the facilities, but it was very spotty and didn't work some of the time.

Very spacious chalet with great terrace and nice view. This was the largest we ever stayed in. Lots of storage space. Boxspring bed very comfy, the other beds were less comfortable. Camping was fine, volleybal net, small playground (partly under construction, large pool with small slide.
We booked this place because the pictures indicated a large slide into the pool, but it was not there anymore. For the type and price of the accomodation I would have expected a dishwasher. Chalet needed some maintenace (nothing big, but feels like there are too many things to work on for the nr of people working there). Although it was high season, the restaurant was closed sunday to wednesday and there is no camping shop and the supermarket close to the camping was closed sunday afternoon. No big deal, but providing just a few basic needs at the reception would have been handy.

The cabin looked really clean and cozy. It had an amazing outdoor area (porch/veranda) with terrace furniture and loungers where you could relax. Located close to the woods and with a nice view.
Only 2 small points, we were missing an oven and the outside furniture did not have any pillows to put on the seat, this was kind of uncomfortable.

Chalet contains everything and was clean, very friendly owners. Beautiful surroundings.

Amazing spacious chalet with all equipment you may need. Daily newsletter with activities. Hikes starting from the camping. Free morning yoga. Outdoor swimmingpool and playground. Food from bistro was also topping our expectations. Felt really luxurious.

Everything was perfect.
From the reception to the chalet.
Nothing to complain about.

Property is beautiful and vast. Good scenes around. Room is clean and equipped
Was expecting the pool to be open, but was told it's only for summer

Everything is really clean, including the sanitary. You wouldn't mind if you forgot to bring your flipflops to the shower.
We booked the chalet for one night, with 26 °C not the hottest day, but the warmth was captured in the chalet. Maybe a little fan would be a great idea for that tiny bit more comfort in this very cute stay!

Exceeded our expectations, our chalet looked better in reality rather than on photos. Spotlessly clean, all amenities look as new. Beds comfortable, kids enjoyed their bunk bed and private en-suite. The chalet located at the higher level of the setting, so the lovely green landscape is a great bonus. Nice place for enjoyable stay. Hopefully will be back with a group of friends.
Only pillows both me and my husband found uncomfortable.

The place is nice.
When we asked for help, they where very helpful.
Because we had several issues during our stay, possibly caused by the inexperience of new owners, they gave us a discount voucher for any further visit.
Man who went to show us the chalet could not speak English nor French and did not know anything about it anyway.
We booked a chalet with two 2-person beds and our friends a chalet with one 2-person bed and 2 1-person beds but the two chalets were actually identical.
There was one set of pillow+blanket+sheets missing but when we found out before 8 pm there was nobody in the office or on phone to help us.

Camping Kaul is well located in midst of the woods in Wiltz. All facilities were great. Had very good internet connection for work from home. Many restaurants around. Want to revisit during summer.
Languange was a concern. Receptionist knew only french.

Location, cleanliness, amenities
Not 100% child friendly, open staircase, no baby gate at the bottom of stairs and baby gate at the top not very secure, terasse not enclosed
