Sehr einfache Ausstattung.

I’ve never been anywhere so beautiful, this place is unique in Zanzibar. I read reviews and was a bit worried but it just took my breath away with its beauty. The service was amazing, food delicious beach the whitest sand I’ve ever seen , sea the most turquoise, quite no hassle like other beaches just idyllic. Basilisa and Nasir are the perfect hosts, they were starting Sunday events while I was there, a moon rise dinner and then lazy Sunday afternoons with acoustic music… fantastic food, set menu… yummm
Absolutely nothing

The place is really quite and peacefull. Beach is very private and sea view is astonishingly beautiful. Comfortable and clean bed! Rooms are very simple and not much decorated. Staff are also very kind and welcoming and the new chef suleiman has a great record working as a chef with other famous chefs from around the world. The food he made was really tasty and good! If i come back to Zanzibar i will definitley come back to this place.
The garden area around the place is not so well looked after and some minor details missing inside the room like a hook to hang for towel, not possible to lock the bathroom door because missing hole to insert the lock.

Sazani is located in a great place just next to the beautiful Nugwi beach.
It is beautiful to watch people do watersporting.
The breakfast was great.
Fresh fruits and great pancakes and mandazi.
The host and his staff are also very kind and engaging.
We felt like the room in the photos was not similar to what we were offered at the premises, but we were able to talk to the host about that
The beds were not very comfortable and the curtains did not provide much privacy.
The owner could do something about maintaining the place.
Value for money not achieved

Right on the beach. Very private beach. We were the only guests.
Breakfast could have had a bit more variety. An AC in the room would be great. Some plumbing issues with water supply.

amazing location with a very calm beach. No sellers on the beach which is a huge contrast to other places at Nungwie. we loved that it was so calm and relaxing, felt very remote and we often had the beach completely for ourselves.
unfortunately they didn’t have a restaurant and it’s 1.5 km walk to closest descent place. Nearby area has many large resorts that has build huge walls which makes it feel a bit unsafe even though it was perfectly fine
for us. if every place was as Sazani beach lodge it would be much better! Zanzibar should really review their urban planning for better development in the future.

Stay away!!
My room had bed bugs. An other proposed room had bed bug eggs. Owner denied and refused a refund. Also, the place is very run down

We loved everything about this lodge! We booked for 2 night but we extended our stay until the end of our holiday in Zanzibar! No word to describe how Nas and the team made us feel like home! Breakfast was delicious everyday something new and fresh fruit from the garden. Please if you are looking for a relaxing place full of good vibes make yourself a favor and stay here. The beautiful beach is located literally under your stylish room. We appreciate how the staff was so friendly and ready to help anytime.
Definitely on our next trip to Zanzibar this is the only place where we are gonna stay. Thank you for making our holiday so special we'll never forget the experience.
Well done!!

Serenity. Placidity. Privacy. It was my most enjoyable stay on Zanzibar by a mile. The place is a little far from the busy town and its beaches, but that is a great plus for me. The best beach, private at high tide. Can only recommend.

Very friendly staff & dogs
Beautiful view but rooms not so clean & old. Matrass doesnt sleep well, need replacement. Only 2 choices for diner. Its delicious but for local food way too expensive (25.000 pp).
