Very clean. Amazing location, 20-30 min walk from all main tourist attractions. Air conditioning was amazing for the hot summer months. Towels were changed by staff everyday

The Location is excellent. We walked everywhere from our accommodation. Breakfast in the little Snack bar downstairs was great.
It was VERY hot. There is an AC but it was quite noisy to have it on through the night. There was also a lot of noise from the street with people walking by at all hours of the night.

Perfect location, breakfast token
Super loud air conditioning and quite a small room overall

Location
The room is small and the biggest problem was the VERY NOISEY air con unit, the fan on the unit ramps up and down as the unit runs during the night. No way of stopping that on the settings. Also makes other strange loud noises as it cools the room. The second night we could not stand the noise so we slept with the air con off, it got hot in the room that night but got a bit more sleep. Very poor

the room is located perfectly close to so many attractions of the city centre, while still remaining on a relatively quiet street, hence a little more protected from the loud shouting of the Roman night creatures. The room has its own very clean bathroom with shower and is located inside an apartment with a shared kitchen. The host offers a whole host of attention to their guests. We were there during the Easter festivities and got little chocolate eggs or other traditional sweets every day. The host also made sure she was always available to provide additional support and to help with all our needs, which included the transfer to and from the airport and luggage storage on the day of our departure.
The window felt as though it never fully sealed, which was not a problem for the temperature, as much as it was an issue when there were noises on the street below, which felt very close. Also, finding the address was a little awkward, because the door is not marked in any way. Maybe a couple of extra words in the description of the place to explain how the accommodation is structured would have gone a long way in making our arrival less eventful. But our stay was so pleasant, that I really cannot fault the host for that.

Everything The Locations is so close to many of the main attractions Elisabeth couldn’t be more healthful
there was nothing I didn’t like about it but be careful this is a 4 bedroom apartment so you will be sharing with strangers the booking site did not stress this we thought we would be the only ones using it as did another couple who booked it but as I said it’s fab

We would like to thank our host for all help during our short stay. We got help to book transfer from airport, transfer to train station and booking tickets

Apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. Situated in the heart of Rome with many attractions, shops and restaurants nearby.
I would have loved a kettle in our room instead of having to share with others.

The location was absolutely amazing, super central to everything you may want to do in Rome - a several minute walk from the pantheon which was our favorite site in Rome! Quiet neighborhood, lovely room, and the owner was amazing - super accommodating on day one, helped us with getting a taxi from the airport. allowed us to store luggage and even check in early, as well as help us order a taxi to the train station upon our departure from Rome as well. Lovely and seamless stay, couldn't have asked for anything more!
The wifi signal was a little weak in the room we stayed in - we ended up needing to sit next to the door or in the common area for better signal. Other than that the stay was absolutely perfect.

Location was perfect within walking distance to all the main sites if you are walkers. We spent 4 nights in Rome after a cruise. We are experienced motorcycle riders so we rented a scooter for the 4 days we were there. The managers of the hotel were very helpful. They gave us coupons to pick up a continental breakfast at the shop next door. If we return to Rome we will stay here again.

A gem of a place!! such a fab location and the host Elisabetta was always at the end of text message. Air conditioning was excellent and very much needed. Elisabetta also recommended fantastic restaurants for us to try and the room was cleaned daily and to an extremely high standard.

the air conditioning works sometimes, and it can get quite stifling

Super. Elisabetta is a great host, always available for questions and suggestions. From the apartment you are in any location for 10-15 minutes walk... in the center of restaurants, cafes and events. Sound insulation excellent, nothing can be heard from the street. Every day our room was cleaned, all praise for the cleanliness, it feels like you are in a hotel.Above all our expectations🤗
It would not be fair to say something negative because everything was great!

Amazing location, right in the heart of the city. Elisabetta was so helpful from the start, she helped us book taxis to and from the airport. She was in touch straight away so we didn't have anything to worry about. She was easy to contact by Whats app and would message straight back. The accommodation was lovely and was great for our 4 night stay. It is just around the corner from the Pantheon.
Rooms were spotless, it is an apartment with a few guest rooms. It has a kitchen and dining table -so good facilities.
We will definitely stay here again.

The location was great and the host was accommodating.
The room was small and very loud. It is not a very busy street, but the street noises were very loud, all night long. The outer wall could use some soundproofing, anything. We slept with earplugs after the first night.

The location it’s really good. Close to the Pantheon and also to many attractions. The host was really friendly, arranged us a driver from the/to airport and recommended us good places for dinner, lunch. The apartment was clean and the room was cleaned every day, also the bed was comfortable. Next time i come to Rome i’ll also want to stay here. I will also recommend this to my friends :)
I don’t have any complaints about the property.

Very friendly owner, was ready to answer all the questions if we had any. She arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, which was very convenient since we landed 2 am. Location is great! So close to Pantheon and other attractions of the city. There were good restaurants and bars close by so we were very happy with the location. There is an elevator in the house which is a great bonus. Appartment was very clean and the room was cleaned every day!All in all we were very pleased with our stay and will recommend this place to friends in the future :)
Everything was great!

Location is perfect. Owner very friendly. Room very clean and big shower. Owner is wonderfully helpfull and she tried perfectly even going beyond so thank you for that.
The room has a very small TV and no english channels but some channels had an option of original tone which saved the day. We were out all day sightseeing and covered 18 to 20 kilometers a day so we were in bed early and we love to watch a bit of TV before sleeping. No english channels.... but found out a day later you can choose on 2 or 3 channels.
It can get loud at night but not for too long, we were given earplugs ??
I do my best to give genuine honest reviews and I have to say that this was not what I was expecting and was a bit worried intially but now being back home and looking back Bye Bye Roma was a very nice experience, and we slept like babies in a very comfortable bed and for the price try and find better.
This is an apartment which has been turned into 3 bedrooms and a shared kitchen, I was not expecting this. We booked breakfast for our duration but due to Covid breakfast was not on offer but because we were the only guests we were offered to have breakfast made for us, which was a lovely idea but was not what I was expecting, anyway, another offer was made and that was we could go down to the cafe downstairs and eat there, which sounded great but in reality all it was was a coffee and a pastry or doughnut, sorry that is not a breakfast. so ended up leaving room early to get a breakfast somewhere else adding to our expense.
