Nothing
The staff was unfriendly, no one was speaking English, even a little. Very dirty place, with mold, BEDBUGS, cocroaches.

It was very cheap. I stayed almost two weeks during the peak of the omicron wave and actually was sick myself for some of that. The wifi was excellent - I streamed movies and shows while isolating in my room.
The plumbing was good, there was hot water for my many hot showers while sick. The AC was reliable and powerful - but you need to get the staff to adjust the temperature (they don't give you a remote). They always came running when I asked.
I had a fairly new mattress that was comfortable.
The door to the building was always locked and I never had to wait more than 30 seconds to be buzzed in. I thought the men at the reception desk were great.
So, my room wasn't very clean. The tile floor hadn't been mopped in a long time. I actually cleaned the room myself with some cleaning wipes I bought. Judging from the state of the hallway during my stay, I doubt that any of the rooms were very clean.
And I had ants in my room. On the plus side, I never saw any ants on any of the wood furniture, the walls or the bed, so I'm guessing they had been sprayed with something with a long lasting effect. I bought a can of any killer and sprayed their point of entry every day (bathroom door frame), and there were new dead ants every day, but they never got far from the doorframe.
And my pillows were old and a bit scary looking. I'd also seen a few other rooms while I was there - many had old, flat looking mattresses, so I think I got lucky there.
All in all, for the price, I was happy with what I got. I didn't mind having to clean and fumigate. It was kind of a 'do it yourself' stay.
I also changed my bedsheets myself, but they would have done that for me. I just didn't mind doing it myself.
