This 2 bedroom upper unit is conveniently located to Batavia's beautiful downtown area. Completely furnished for your comfortable stay, including in unit washer/dryer. Walk 1 to 2 blocks to restaurants, shops, and festivals. More than 60 miles of biking trails start right outside your door. 2 miles to Metra train station. 2 miles to Geneva's quaint shopping district. Please note private entrance is an exterior staircase. Parking space behind home in turn-around driveway. Long term stays of 30 days or more. Ring security camera located on back of house facing parking area. Please contact Kim for details.

I just rented this property with two of my friends for a girls weekend! Kim was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! The apartment was adorable! Very clean! We had a great time! We will be back!

Comfortable, two bedroom unit. Very clean. Roomy master bedroom. It was well equipped for cooking, if you choose to. The washer/dryer in the unit was very convenient. It was close to the Fox River with biking and walking paths. Very nice!

The place is great. The bedrooms were large and the overall space was great for relaxing at the end of the day. Location is central to a lot of places in the area. Kim was very helpful and very quick to respond. Will definitely keep in mind for future travel plans in the area.

All the basics were provided - coffee, tea, sugar, paper towels, soap, etc. so that we didn't need to pick up anything. Check-in and check-out were very easy. While the apartment was on a busy street, we didn't hear street noise at night.

Perfect for 4!
Very clean & comfy. Perfect location! Lots of great places to walk to nearby. Very close to fox river trail. Excellent owners. Highly recommend!
