Excellent place. Very spacious, clean and confortable room. We did not take the breakfast because we had to leave very early.

The room on the road side was a bit noisy, but nothing to worry about

Breakfast was really good. Kind staff. Very clean room. Excellent value for money.

WiFi didn’t stretch to my room. My keycard had to be reprogrammed every time I left which was a bit annoying. Breakfast hours could maybe be a bit longer.

it was really good tasty breakfasts in this place. it was clean and warm. It has got good staff and facilities.

We’re leave in room with so stranger bathroom — it was with clear glass and non-closable louvres. Also we haven’t got a normal working conditioner it was only warm. The staff dosen’t change our bed linen, just making the bed all over again.

The location was great and the room was extremely comfortable.

The breakfast needed some upgrades. It is missing important aspect. All the foods served was super cold for morning breakfast. No milks available for coffee, for the children. Paying 30000 Tengge for per night, and being served some crappie foods, is not a welcoming. Furthermore foods prices in Shymkent is much lower than other cities like Almaty or Astana, but the serving for breakfast is extremly unworthy.

There is a grass window between the room and the bathroom which might be a problem for some people . You guys should warn about it

Exceptional

This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in. The ratio "price-quality" it is way beyond amazing. For a reasonable price you will get an apartment style room. Only the kitchen is missing 🤭 During 2022 I stayed in this hotel 4 times and never was disappointed. Keep it up. Given a chance I will come again soon.

it is a bit overrated hotel for this price.

it was clean and room was spacious

noise. doors were shutting to loud and woke us in the early morning. we could hear arguing couple next to our room. mattress was too old. breakfast also was not good. there were hair inside one of dish.

A Pleasant Stay

It was a good location for what we wanted to do and see. The room was large with comfortable beds. Breakfast had a nice variety. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good value for the money.

The air conditioner was not working the first day. It took several requests and until the next day for someone came to check it out. Once they did, it worked perfectly. There was a plumbing problem where the toilet would not flush. We had to wait until the next morning to get it fixed. It happened a second time right before we were checking out.

Comfy Hotel Stay in Shymkent

The room was very good - comfy, spacious, clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. We would come back to this hotel.

Some of the breakfast food was a bit cold, but it's good overall. Not too central, but close by taxi or long walk to the center.
