Clean but for smokers only

Rooms are specious Rooms and the hotel is very clean Good location Very friendly and helpful staff (within the limits of the hotel facilities)

Unbearable for non-smokers. Although my reservation explicitly indicated a non-smoking room, I was placed in a smoking room. After I complained, the helpful staff immediately changed my room to a non-smoking room. In reality, it was as stinky as the smoking one. The entire hotel was covered in tobacco smoke from the front desk to the hallways and to the rooms. I just couldn't wait for the night to end to leave. I didn't even stay for breakfast as I couldn't take the smell of tobacco smoke anymore.

The host did not state on the booking that they have celebrations in the banquet hall every weekend. The music was too loud, until 2 o'clock after midnight. We couldn't sleep. When we requested a price correction, we received a negative response. Can we get a refund?

They used to be better

Food was great. Highway is near. They found us spot in a crowded parking lot. Spacious rooms with tasteful enterior.

We got smokers room when specifically asked for non-smoking one (traveling w/ a child). That's not happening for a first time in this hotel. There was a used ashtray in the room. Bathroom was not so clean with spotty towel and small amount of toilet paper. One lightbulb was missing from a desk lamp. There was somebody talking loudly in the lobby whole night.

For a 4 stars hotel, there is no slippers, no equipment in the bathroom (separate shampoo, body lotion, shower gel.....), there is no mini bar. Receptionist forgot to return us the passports.

Superb

Very nice hotel, easy access from the Motorway making it very good for the transit. The service was very nice as well. The room was clean, spacious, everything worked well. We liked a lot restaurant in the hotel. The food was good and Breakfast of super wide choice.

Free parking

We got a smoking room although my wife was pregnant. But even despite that fact, it is not nice to get a smokers room for a non smoker.

Breakfast was fine. The room was clean.

AC was not working properly, we put it at 16C and the air was still hot and was not cooling room enough. MiniBar was empty.
