Ottima posizione, lo consiglierei

Posizione fenomenale, con molte location per fare colazione e pranzare a 3/4 minuti di distanza a piedi. A 5 minuti di distanza a piedi si possono trovare tutti i mezzi per uscire dalla città Casa pulitissima e accogliente, tutti i servizi dichiarati disponibili. Quelli da noi utilizzati e perfettamente funzionanti sono: vasca da bagno, doccia, lavatrice, asciuga capelli, TV, wifi, forno a microonde, bollitore e piastre per cucinare. Camera da letto molto bella, tende oscuranti e isolanti termiche ad ogni finestra della casa. Doppi vetri insonorizzati che, data la posizione, hanno reso il soggiorno perfetto. Host molto disponibile, gentile e veloce a rispondere. Le foto non rendono giustizia all'appartamento.

Solo piccole note negative: - Non siamo riusciti a gestire il termostato della casa perché non erano presenti delle istruzioni, ma solo uno di noi tre ha leggermente sofferto la temperatura. - La cucina è un po' sprovvista di utensili per cucinare. Noi abbiamo solo fatto dei panini e colazione ma piatti e posate ci sembravano un po' limitati per più di due persone. - L'appartamento è posto al secondo piano con quattro rampe di scale di legno abbastanza ripide, ovviamente senza ascensore perché è un palazzo al centro storico.

Clean, fun and good location.

The bed is comfortable, bathroom and kitchen are excellent. Location is incredible. The cleanliness of the apartment exceeded our expectations. Bathtub is a big plus!

We should have stayed for longer!

Superb

Very good location. A very cold apartment but luckily there was some extra blankets.

If you stay in the weekend the noice from the nightclub may disturb. Friday it was pretty loud but not that bad on Saturday.

I love staying at this apartment - it has real character, gives me space to think, is central to where I need to be and is just what I need

the bathroom smelled of smoke or something weird when I arrived, but it wore off with every day I stayed

Strongly recommended

Great location in the heart of the old town. we very much enjoyed our stay. Even quite noisy in the walking zone in the evening / night, very calm inside the apartment.

Smell of smoking in apartment 2 flights of stairs to clim with bags The air conditioning didn't really cool anything and the apartment was hot. Couldn't use the windows at night because street is so busy

Great place to stay in Old Tallinn!

The location is perfect to see old town Tallinn and close to restaurants and attractions. It was quite warm so I was pleased that it was equipped with air conditioning. The check in/out procedures and communications wth the host were very smooth!

There was nothing not to like.

Excellent value in a very well maintained apartment in an excellent location in Old Town.

This is a very roomy apartment and was perfect for me and my friend who were staying for just one night. The location was right in the heart of Old Town. Very convenient, close walking to restaurants, shopping. The apartment has a comfortable bed and comfortable queen size sofa bed. The roomy bathroom had everything including tub and a very nice shower. The Wifi worked very well and the room temperature was comfortable. This is a nice, roomy apartment for 2 or 3 people and the cost value is really good.

This is a step down from the bathroom that is a little treacherous if you don't pay attention to it when exiting the bathroom. Owner should put a bright orange tape on the step to draw attention to it.

Very lovely and I would like to come back with my wife.

The location was great for me - in the old town but within walking distance of the address I needed to go to each day for my work. The apartment was very comfortable - although a bit hot under the bed! Perhaps because it had been really cold the week before? Anyway I felt really at home there and loved the authentic feel of it.

I must admit to being surprised when I had a note from a neighbour pinned onto the door accusing me of jumping up and down and making a lot of noise. I'm 67 years old, I was working most of the time, and the only thing I can think I did unwittingly was to leave my shoes on when I came back to the flat knowing that I'd be going out again soon. I do not jump :)

Fantastic

Location was in Old Town which I absolutely loved, it was central to everything and within walking distance to anything and everything shopping centres, cinema, spa, restaurants, pubs etc

Really nice apartment in the city center, less than a stone through from the town hall and city center. Convenient close to shops and bars.

The location is amazing. The apartment was very clean. It was easy to get the keys.

It was extremely hot, and the fans did not help much.

Family Stay

The location was excellent and it’s a charming old property that is updated nicely.

The street does get quite loud in the middle of the night, which is a bit challenging with kids. Also the windows sills are very low. We needed to keep the windows open because of the heat, but it was difficult with small children as they could easily climb out the windows. The only other negative thing is that both beds are very uncomfortable.

Superb

The location was great. The neighborhood is pretty quite. And of course the apartment has an awesome interior. Plus, the price was reasonable comparing with other apartments available in Tallinn.

It was quite cold in the apartment. Esp. in the sleeping room. However, it was warm in the bathroom. Maybe you need to start the fire in the fireplace to make the rest of the apartment warm.
