Location was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful,
Can't say there was anything I didn't like.
4.5
Overall, the experience was very pleasant and check on very easy which is very appreciated after a long journey either by bus or by plane.
Sometimes the internet was a little difficult but eventually problems were solved. It may not have been necessarily the hotel's fault.

We arrived to Hotel Brasilia exhausted and with a ton of luggage and a toddler in tow. A porter came to us outside and helped us with our luggage. Check-in was easy. The room was beautiful and so so comfortable for our exhausted selves. The view was great. We requested a suite so we could have a room to be in while our toddler napped. It worked out perfectly. We ordered room service, which was delicious, and everyone we interacted with at the hotel was exceedingly courteous and helpful. We selected the hotel because of its proximity to the Central del Norte to catch a bus in the morning, and I didn't expect it, but a porter helped us carry all our luggage the 6-minute walk to the station at 6:00 in the morning!

Very convenient to North bus station. Nice restaurant and ber, attentive and friendly staff. Room was comfy and good size.
Would like a coffee maker in room.

I am recovering from a broken hip and use a cane and sometimes walking is painful. Staff helped me get my suitcase down the stairs to the sidewalk and then proceeded to walk with the suitcase to the bus terminal. This was an amazing help to me and a step above and beyond.
Street noise from the highway was a sleep disturbing factor, solved by putting on the air-conditioner which provided "white noise."

I´ve stayed here many times, coming and going through Mexico City, because it is very close to the main bus station. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a decent restaurant in the hotel, and I often take a glass of wine up to my room. It is quiet. All good
I liked everything.

clean, good furniture.
wifi doesn’t work, when I called front desk to ask for support, the response is that the hotel is full, so there is nothing to do.
front desk asked to try to work on common areas and maybe wifi will work there.

The kindness of the staff as always and it's just a. Few meters from the bust stop
Wifi is not good at all, didn't have wifi in the month of August and now month of February either. Please let the other guests know if they want to party and make noise to please go outside and respect others privacy and quiet time

Proximity to Bus station
Bed needed a blanket, realised to late to ask for one

We chose the hotel because of it's close vicinity to bus terminal. It was overall a good experience and a pleasant stay.

Bed super big and comfortable
- Room clean, warm, and comfortable
- Hot water
- Shampoo, shower gel and soap provided
- Location next to Mexico Norte
Wifi not really working
- Absolutely noisy with the traffic (6? lanes) next to the hotel, which never stops during the night
- Thin walls, windows, and doors, so we could hear everyone speaking, tv, and music
- The price-quality ratio is ok, but not the best

close to the bus station.
The signal of wifi is too bad.No napkins in the room.

the room was newly renovated. Close to the bus terminal if you’re planning trips from there.
We we’re told breakfast was included in our room rate, but when you go you’re told it doesn’t include the hot table. We paid the extra charge but the food was mediocre. Visiting in December, Mexico City gets cool. 8c at night. All we had was a sheet on our bed, no blanket. Also, because our room was at the end of the hall, the wifi was very weak and most of the time we didn’t catch it.
