The villas are really special, superior standards, great comfort, generous spaces, excellent furniture, indoor garage, nice balconies with great view to the sea, all appliances needed, you find in the villas everything you need in a high standard house. Many thanks to John, a real gentleman, polite, kind and helpful, he also gave us all information we needed about the surroundings, beaches, restaurants, places to visit. The final conclusion everything excellent

It was new and clean with a lot of space & 3 bathrooms
Last day of our stay there was a weird smell on the ground floor
5.0
John recieved us warmly with more than enough fresh bottles of water in the fridge, several gifts of either homemade products or local products, and he took the time to explain the things to do around. The house was larger than we expected, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The 2 queen size beds on the second floor were perfect. There was air conditionning everywhere if necessary. There are many beautiful beaches around, not always easy to reach because half of the coast is strictly private and the roads/paths can be tricky sometimes but it adds some adventure we shall say :)
The house is at a road crossing on a slope, and there is a slight traffic at the morning and at the end of the afternoon, as it is on a small but important road for local traffic, included trucks for water delivery. The traffic is not intense but close to the house. No bother at all during the night as the house is very well built and the windows excellent, but for breakfast or dinner on the terrace it may push inside the most sensitive ones.

1) John was very kind and always so helpful with us.
2) The accommodation is spotless, very spacious, well furnished and perfectly air conditioned;
3)The 4 toilets were really comfortable for us, as there were six of us (two families of 3 people);
4) The kitchen is equipped with all accessories; I like cooking with friends and we had a lot of fun; The dishwasher is of very good quality but small and we used almost every homemade meal
5) the washing machine also was very useful as we were in the third week of vacation with children
The only drawback of the holiday was the stray dogs that stationed on the road between the accommodation and the beach; it is certainly not a fault of the owner, but they were rather aggressive and in fact they forced us to take the car every time, even if we were only 400 meters from the sea. Usually we choose accommodation very close to the sea if not on the beach (just to avoid getting around by car), but the distance in this case would not have been prohibitive and in any case largely compensated by the quality of the house.
They put up signs for cardrivers with an invitation to slow down to avoid investing "puppies", but they are rather a pack of wild dogs that station between the hill and the garbage cans.
