Good location. So so in general!

Location and parking just in front.

Not even the basic stuff like gel. Not that convenient for travelers if you don’t have those basic stuff, then you have to pass by the supermarket.

Great location ON the square!

Very spacious! Lots of room and the bedrooms are on each side of the living space so lots of privacy.

Stairs to the 4th floor!! Each floor is 2 flights with a tight turn. Difficult if you have suitcases bigger than carryon. Both balconies are very small, ok for standing only. However it is nice that they are on front & back of the building.

Good for our needs on our brief visit, worked through the issue of not enough dishes for the use of three people.

Good location.

Bunk beds apparently not very comfortable. Not well enough equipped, only 2 mugs, 2 bowls for three people. Bathroom door did not lock, but we made do. Parking is NOT free before 4pm, we got a ticket after 2 minutes of parking @3:47pm, were told that we could park for 15 minutes to unload our luggage.

Comfortable apartment for up to 6 people, right on the main square of Akureyri

Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen and bathroom.

You can’t park the car in front of the house as it’s on the main square-which is perfect for walks but not for loading/unloading your luggage.

We were on the 4th floor and there was no elevator. This should have been mentioned in the description .

Do not stay here!

They had plenty of space and mirrors … and that’s about it.

Where to start?! First of all, there is only one bathroom. The listing has a picture of two and maybe my bad for not noticing, but you have to go down two floors to the laundry room for the “extra” toilet, and it’s worse than a gas station bathroom! The one shower we did have, scolded one of our party and we could not get anything but super hot water. The cold did not seem to work. That’s not even the worse though. The noise from the street below was horrible! There is a night club that must share a wall because until past 3am we heard thumping from the music abs people below partying in the street. You have to have your windows open because it is too hot if you do not, but even with them closed and a noise app we got ZERO sleep. Do not stay here!

Great apartment right in the heart of everything and walkable to anywhere you would ever want to go.

I liked that the keys were easily accessible in the lock box.

The location was phenomenal and right in the heart of everything in Akureyri. The problem was the noise in the city circle well into the night. Not the owners fault but it did keep my family up at night until the motorcycles and drunk patrons left the area.

Excellent location

Great location. Rooms were fine. Nice living room.

View of the trash bins. Would have loved a better description of where the main building door was. It took a while to find it.

Good location, apartment didn’t have all the amenities that were listed.

It’s a great location close to the church, old town, and lots of restaurants. Beds were comfy.

The listing clearly stated there was a washing machine and one can be seen in a photo but there was no washer in the apartment. We booked this apartment for the washer, and we needed laundry, so it was pretty inconvenient. The glass coffee pot was broken (hole in the bottom) which we didn’t know until morning so it was too late to ask for a new one. We had to run out and buy coffees at a nearby cafe.

clean apartment and great location

we had complaints and we contacted the property but we had no replies so far. One of the complaints was regarding the electricity that was out due to a faulty electric cord that was severely damaged and should be replaced ASAP. That is a security issue and we should have gotten an instant response from managers.

Overrated and overpriced apartment.

A lot of broken and non-functioning things, a shelf fell off the wall on the head of one of the guests. The bathroom door does not lock. The sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable. The neighborhood is quite loud during the weekend.

Nice Apartment; Boring City

The location was very good in the center of town. There were numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Parking was free and easy with it being the weekend. Bonus was nearby as was the church and junior college. Being on the fourth floor meant less noise outside.

Fourth floor was somewhat taxing. I found the locals to be friendly, the girls said they weren't. N1 on Tygerbraurt was relatively cheap.
