スタッフが順番守らない高圧的な客を注意しない不道徳

部屋はまあまあだった

スタッフが高圧的で自分の非を認めないスタッフがエチケットを守らない、順番を守らない高圧的な客を注意しないで、他の客の順番を抜かしても知らん顔する不道徳であった。苦情をいうと自分の非を認めないで、苦情を言った客にもっと嫌がらせで不快すぎた。

スタッフが全員不道徳で日本人は嫌な思いをする

部屋は良かった気がするがスタッフの日本人差別が不快不道徳であった。

スタッフがフロントに支払いにいくと日本人の私だけ順番を抜かし、30人くらい抜かされたが、指摘しても謝らない、自分達の非を認めなくて不快過ぎる、最後にそのような不道徳なスタッフはカード支払いを369UAEを399UAEと入力してちょろまかし、デビットカードを私から奪いとり、金額も確認させないで、ピット徴収して知らん顔する犯罪を犯されたので危険なので日本人は泊まらない方が良い

overall a decent property and in a good location.

1) Beds and chairs were very comfortable hence good sleep. 2) Breakfast is good. 3) Front desk is helpful and so there best to hear you and provide solutions. 4) Location is beautiful.

- Sobha Metro is the closest and it’s 800 mtrs from the property. so if you are planning to commute through metro it may become very tiring at the end of day while you return tired already waking for more than 15000 steps. - Bathroom needs renovation. my room was 2416 where the Sink had no mesh and the bathtub has no water blocking cap.

Consiglio a tutti davvero questa struttura

È stato un soggiorno favoloso, posizione ottima in fronte a Dubai Marina, locale molto pulito e molto accogliente! Il ragazzo delle pulizie Taj è davvero il top cleaner!!! E top receptionist ramah numero uno al mondo davvero è stato accogliente non mi ha fatto attendere!!! Consiglio questa struttura! Bellissima view nella stanza dove ero… sicuramente la prossima volta che vado a Dubai vado lì

Una persona sola non è stata cortese! La sicurity che apre l’ingresso al parcheggio di notte … consiglio alla struttura di non farlo rimanere lì. Tutto lo staff meraviglioso tutto perfetto tranne questo ragazzo muscoloso alto sud africano geloso

the location only

the location was really good. the room is very old and nasty, really u can see lots of staiins on the carpet, on the chairs. even for the room service u had to ask for towels and robes and everything. breakfast was poor, not a decent one, the water was dirty, had to ask the manager to change the whole water dispenser. i had to pay for the breakfast on the spot they ddnt even wanted me to charge it on the room. it took me 1h to be able to finish the check in, for no reason, just a slow receptionist. to sum it up, never again !

price and location wise is good and comfortable

Price is reasonable as well as the location rooms are not bad either but the fridge will make your food or drinks hot instead of making it cold.

When we booked the hotel we requested the one with balcony if it's not available there is no issue but the receptionist did not even inform us that what we requested is not available nevertheless they are friendly and approachable.

Very good location and nice building. Comfortable rooms. Nice view. There is a nice park nearby with kids playground. Lovely Thai restaurant at 1 floor.

No sauna or steam room.

very good price-value, well equiped and furnished rooms, clean, cosy, the view is fantastic. Staff is friendly and kindly provided a room on a high floor, from where I could enjoy the view. Walking distance to a supermarket

Location is ok, not very far from Dubai Marina and JBR, though it's not a walking distance and takes time to make several circles by car due to highways.

I liked the view from my room and that it is close to The Marina. The bed was really comfortable and large.

I did not like the experience. The building itself seems very old and shabby, the entrance and the reception lobby is very gloomy and disappointing. Dubai is all about bling and dazzle and this property is nothing close. No one to greet you or even take your luggage from the taxi nor to the room. Although they have 3 elevators, it usually takes more than 5 minutes to catch one. The size of the room is ok but the entrance and the corridors leading up to the room was worn out and definitely needs a renovation. The location is ok if you have work in Marina but to get there you have to walk for 35 mins and cross through metro station, but if its too hot or raining then you might have to consider taking an UBER or a Taxi and spend AED 25 approximately each way.

One of my best experience and I will try again and again we arrive before time for check in and we thinking we will not get the room but they show us how is hospitality it have to be and thanks for receptionist RAmah is so friendly kind nice have amazing smile even give us upgrade to premium and what we want exactly the room is so nice clean and nice view and balcony and all facilities in hotel is good And thanks again mr Ramah for everything you let us feel more welcome in this hotel

Me and my family liked nothing about this hotel, starting from cleanliness levels were poor very dirty and dusty, breakfast was bad location was bad staff were unhelpful such a shame as other hotels in cosmopolitan dubai have never been this bad, what a bad look for an amazing country.

Location, unhelpful staff, dirty and dusty, poor all round. Shower was broken bin was broken cupboard was broken.
