Khuôn viên đẹp, không khí trong lành, ăn sáng ngon, nhân viên thân thiện, phù hợp nghỉ dưỡng.

Bữa sáng phong phú, ngon. Nhưng nên thay đổi món giữa các ngày để khách lưu trú nhiều ngày đỡ ngán. Có xe đưa đón ngày 3 lần vào Trung tâm Đà lạt nên cũng tiện đi chơi, ăn uống và thăm quan tự do.

Phòng khu villa hơi nhỏ, Phòng khu cao tầng rộng hơn. Thảm trải sàn dày , màu nâu nên khó sạch. Trực phòng cần châm nước và đồ dùng buổi sáng. Không có dép cho khách đi ra ngoài phòng là khá bất tiện.

Mình hài lòng với 1 đêm nghỉ của 2 gia đình gồm 4 người lớn và 2 bé 3 tuổi

Bữa sáng ok, nhiều món. Phòng gia đình nên 2 phòng thông với nhau, rất tiện lợi khi đi nghỉ chung.

Gương trang điểm phòng vệ sinh bị rớt ra ngoài, nhìn rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp.

Meine Freunde und ich wurden vom personal im Bezug auf Service auffallend schlechter behandelt als Südostasiatische Reisende. Unsere Koffer wurden nicht entgegengenommen, wir mussten uns selbstverständliche Leistungen in einem 4 Sterne Hotel selber erarbeiten und immer wieder nach Fragen. Außerdem verstehe ich nicht wie eine „Spa Resort“ maximal 50 Graf in der Sauna haben kann und diese dann nicht mal läuft.

Love the view from our room. Perhaps include a boat for guest to travel across the lake.

Breakfast need to have more international variety. Have some chicken items, like chicken sausages. Not all people eat pork and beef.

Amazing forest

Location. Territory around the place is simply amazing. Breakfast was nice, too. Good variety of food, everything was tasty and fresh. The room was something out of this world. Masterpiece( I took the double room on the top floor).

You don't need to advertise the pool and karaoke zone if they don't work. The hotel should make rules about open doors. I understand that it's a cultural thing, but I don't want to hear other people's quarrels or their kids playing.

Great and adorable resort

Excellent staffs and great breakfast buffet.

As a 4 stars hotel, the bedding could be better. The pillows are flat, could use more pillows. Also the room could use more air conditioning. The room was very warm and humid.

Great stay and will stay again

Terracotta is a lovely hotel in beautiful Dalat. Rooms and Villas have a scenic view, either forest or the lake. It has a lovely loop for walking or running and is very peaceful especially in the morning.

In the evening around 10.30pm, there were a group of locals making such loud noise (laughing, singing, banging) which I quickly reported to the reception. The receptionist sounded annoyed that I was asking for immediate help and said the security are already dealing with it. Security came and couldn't do anything about it which I though was really sad.

Overall, the five days stay at the resort was very good indeed.

The food spread for breakfast was very good; the room, bed linen, towels were all very clean and from any smell; the location and surrounding of the resort was very serene and lovely.

The central air-condition system was not working (could be switched off due to the cool weather). Hence, the atmosphere in the room was very stuffy. Ideally, if an additional stand fan could be provided in the room to aid air circulation - it would have been very good.
