Allotjament tranquil i ben ubicat a Panajachel

Personal i ubicació molt proper a la platja, moll del llac i restaurants, però al accedir-hi per un carreró, molt tranquil. El pati interior obert amb moltes plantes li dona un ambient acollidor.

Es tracta d'un allotjament bàsic amb encant, ideal per viatgés de pressupost ajustat. No més no em va desagradar que l'habitació no tenia armaris o mobles on deixar la roba, però disposava de bany privat.

Lugar acogedor

La estancia fue muy amena, tuve que trabajar un dia y medio en home office y sin embargo nunca tuve problema con la conexion a internet, el jardin y las zonas comunes muy limpias y bonitas , La habitacion pequeña pero cumplia con su propósito

un inconveniente minimo con el ruido del ventilador de techo , pero no estuvo haciendo mucho calor , entonces no le dí importancia

Pleasant and value for money.

Central but quiet location with outdoor tables and basic kitchenette. Nice garden, friendly staff.

Rooms are basically furnished and could be a bit noisy

Super cute place in a perfect location

Super cute, perfect location close to all the famous spots in town. The talking parrot and the cat (not talking) make the place feel special. The bed is large and comfortable, the room is very compact and simple but it has everything necessary for a short stay. The stuff are friendly and accommodating, always on hand. Definitely recommended.

Great location and staff in beautiful surroundings

Spacious room, comfortable bed - great to have a private bathroom for this price. Complimentary tea, coffee and water and great shared garden replete with talking parrot!

As seems to be the case for many Central American properties, the drains sometimes are a bit smelly. The kitchen is a little unloved and the water supply in there was a bit hit and miss - therefore people didn’t seem to be washing up after themselves which was a bit frustrating

Auberge jolie et propre !

L’emplacement, le cadre, le jardin, la propreté, le personnel très gentil et arrangeant (nous avons pu modifier notre réservation la veille et pu laisser nos sacs 2 jours plus tard quand nous sommes repassés à Panajachel pour la journée), thé café à disposition, eau filtrée… tout était top !

Établissement au top

L établissement est très bien placé et propre, le personnel est adorable et serviable. La chambre est confortable et bien équipée. Il y a une petite terrasse attenante à la chambre. Cuisine très bien équipée, patiot top et agréable. Café/thé offert. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Merci a tous pour votre accueil.

Super séjour

L'emplacement est super, proche du lac, des embarcadères, des restaurants.. Le lieu est très joli également. La gentillesse de nos hôtesses et les services de shuttle proposés. Nous avons réservé des navettes pour Chichicastenango, Antigua, et l'aéroport de La Aurora. Ça s'est passé à merveille.

Cerca del lago y la calle principal

Buena ubicacion cerca de la calle principal y del lago. Hotel decorado con mucha vegetacion. Cafe y te gratis todo el tiempo. Equipo del hotel muy amable

El hotel está algo escondido y no tiene vistas (aunque lo compensa la decoracion vegetal).

Excelente opción!

Este sin dudas has sido uno de los mejores hoteles que hemos quedado en nuestro viaje por Guatemala. Tiene muy buena ubicación, habitaciones cómodas y un baño grande y con agua caliente. El precio es bueno y la atención siempre muy pendiente en ayudar.

My friends and I had a wonderful three day stay!

Great location—close to restaurants and the lake, but removed from the bustle of Santander by a long driveway. Very comfortable plant-filled common space, including a fish pond and parrot.

Needs maintenance on window screens and water drainage in the kitchen and ceiling fan. When plugged into outlets, plugs were loose.

Good location, lovely garden, peaceful area. Drinking water available all day.

The shower in my bathroom was leaking and there was no way to fix it according to thebsraff. The bed was also skewed so I needed to try to sleep on one side rather than in the middle.

Exceptional

The shower was the best we had in weeks, hot and powerful! Very clean and comfortable place to stay by the lake with very nice staff and cute pets. Free tea & coffee was a nice touch :)

Exceptional

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very accommodating. We had an issue with our original beautiful rooms were on the second floor and all the bathrooms were on the ground floor. There was no way 2 women in their 70s could transverse the spiral staircase to the bathroom. The next day they accommodated us with ground floor rooms next to the bathrooms. We really appreciated their consideration. We really liked that the location is very secure. They lock the gates at night. So no one off the street could walk in. The gardens were lovely❣️

After the location of our rooms and the bathroom was corrected, there is nothing I didn't like. Room 14 needs a brighter light bulb. It was difficult to see. With our limited Spanish, we were unable to communicate this effectively.

Great location

close location to the lake front and restaurants and bars cosy area in out doors court yard to sit in free coffee and tea all day great value for money we were only staying for one night so it was perfect for pit stop before onward travel

furniture in room is outdated we had ground floor room facing into the court yard and could hear all the conversations in the evening and morning. hostel should put up a sign to ask guests to be considerate during certain times

All in all great place to stay with some qualities that may or may not affect every traveller!

Great property! EXCELLENT STAFF who support you as best they can (they deserve a raise)! Highlighting some of the pros and cons of my experience below: Pro: 1. EXCELLENT STAFF 2. AMAZING LOCATION - right near the boat taxis that allow you to travel to other local towns on Lake Atitlan (~2-5 min distance) 3. Safe location with access to shopping/food right outside the location 4. Beautiful inner corridor with a nice cat and parrot to keep you company outside the rooms 5. Spacious rooms Cons: 1. Room did not have access to a private washroom 2. Windows were not locked in our room, making it accessible from the outside 3. Found a cockroach in our room Note: Rooms do not have an AC/Heater from what we were aware, only a fan. All in all great place to stay with some notes that may or may not affect every traveller!

Great stay. Better than most hotels!

The room and all facilities were clean and comfortable. They advertise hot water and it most definitely was super hot. The location was excellent too, right at the end of Calle Santander so it was only a few minutes walk to the lake.

The stairs hand rails were a bit loose so when people walked up them. They made a lot of noise. Not ideal when waking up early for a trip to Tikal but minor all the same

amazing hotel in the center

Big and comfortable room. we were afraid to share bathroom, but it’s only shared with one other room, so no worries at all. localisation is amazing in center of city but away from noise. breakfast can be taken close by. highly recommended !
