I love this location, near to both Punta Mujeres (old fishing village) and Arrieta (small seaside town). The property looks out onto the sea and is part of a very small complex that feels quiet and private. The property was comfortable (beds and seating) and is adequately equipped. Wi-Fi signal was good and communication with the agent/owner also good.
Unfortunately the 2 sun beds were broken - but we were able to use them by leaning them up against the low wall facing the sea!

We loved the location, we loved staying here, we loved watching the sunrise and sunset, we loved being able to rest, we loved the local village, we loved being so quiet at night and hearing the sea.
Was very clean on arrival.
We loved it so much we have booked for 2025!
Ps the Smart TV can be re-tuned in the settings for programs for your language, may not be the ones you watch at home. If not bring a HDMI lead with you and plug in from say a note book or lap top to watch your films, Stores in big towns have all the leads you might need.
Yes bring your own toilet rolls in addition to one provided. It's not a service hotel after all.
Great to have a big Fridge/Freezer and washing machine. Microwave, oven and hob easy to use.
Each user leaves some thing we found useful that others might use. We purchased and left a washing up bowl plus an extended washing line. Why not, it adds to the stay experience.
The host has supplied some items in the cupboard and bit by bit you find them.
Yes you could be picky, but why not just enjoy the holiday experience here.
PS the photos of the beds are when we were packing up, we had stripped the beds back for the lovely cleaners who arrived as we just completed packing the car just after 10am. (check out for our stay was 10-11am)
Once again we loved it here.
So sad to have go home!

Very nice house with plenty of space for a couple or a family with one or two kids. The ocean is just in front of your door and a 5 minutes walk even brings you to a small beach and a natural pool. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby and parking spaces just behind the house. The beds were comfy and there are enough blankets and pillows provided. You have a large terrace in front of the house and one in the back where you can dry clothes and there is also a washing machine.
There are some features that are typical for the area of the island e.g. the house is a little damp, especially when it's raining. You are not allowed to flush toilet paper, instead you throw it in the bin. Make sure you bring soap, extra bin bags, washing powder if you want to use the washing machine and maybe a second kitchen towel.

The location was perfect
The shower holder was broken & so was one of the chairs to the dining table.

The location and the layout of the property is fantastic and clean.
. The locality is very nice, quiet and a real nice local community.
Incredible sunrise over a surf break that varies from a couple of feet on quiet days to over 12ft while I was there.
A real family feel with natural pools shielded from the ocean
Very fast internet 170 plus
Small things let it down. Broken shower head holder. Tv had no signal at all. No toilet paper or shower gel. Signs of damp on the walls. Small things really.

Excellent location, a true beachfront apartment in a quieter area of Lanzarote but still close enough to all the popular places - with a car of course. Smallish, well-stocked supermarkets and several bars and restaurants within walking distance. Natural pools and a nice sandy beach close by. Mr. Miguel was responsive and kind, check-in was smooth. A well-equipped kitchen and cosy amenities.
Unfortunately, higiene was sorely lacking. All the dishes were totally dirty and the fridge was so dirty we had to scrub it top to bottom before we could even consider using it. No water pressure in the kitchen and a leak in the bathroom faucet. Some photos on the listing are clearly from another location (no table or chairs on the back terrace etc.) Other minor faults here and there (clearly no one had opened a window in the apartment for a while). It’s really sad because with just a little bit of effort and maintenance the place would be a straight 10, but as it is now, I could recommend it only if you are willing to accept the faults in exchange for the good parts (of which there are plenty to be honest).

De location is supurb. You can almost touch the ocean and certainly hear the waves roll in from your bed. There ar two small villages nearby, Arieta and Punta Mujeres with small shops, bars and restaurants. Arieta offers a bit more. If you stay in the north you’re a bit more distant from the real touristic hotsopts. And I find that to be a big big plus. It’s more relaxed, quiet, authentic. The people are incredibly kind. I feel we really got the experience of the Lanzarote lifestyle.
The apartment is well equipped, very tidy and clean. Parking right at the appartment.
Nothing much to be honest. The two-person bed was a bit small, but no big deal.

Everything was perfect.

We loved the whole setup and its in one of our most favourite areas. The apartment has the most fabulous views, its a safe area plus you can walk around without any trouble at all. Its a safe area for children to play. Its not far from Costa Teguise for shopping especially supermarkets. We just love the place. People are so friendly and helpful. We will be back.
Punta Mujeres & Arrieta have some beautiful restaurants all within walking distance.
There isn't anything not to like.
4.4
Great location by the sea, near Arrieta with good fish restaurants. Comfortable accommodation, easily accessible, wonderful to watch the waves and the surfers from our patio.
Nothing we didn’t like, just a couple of suggestions - would be helpful to have instructions on how to use the hob and how and where to dispose of rubbish.
