Great for one night stay!

It was just what we needed for a one night stay. Small room but comfortable. Bathroom had a bathtub which was great

Bed was a little smaller than we thought but good size for Japan and comfortable. Hard to find on Google maps as it took us to the old building. We only found it by driving around the block.

Great place to stay after our cycle from Onomichi.

Location to the train and bus station as well as walking distance to many of the city’s attractions. Nice room and great breakfast.

Perfect stay in Imabari

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for, close to the station, quiet, comfortable, neat and tidy. The room had a large double bed and was big enough for us to spread out. Good restaurants close by.

Stayed here at the end of the shimanami kaido cycle route.

No coffee in room and machine at reception only available for welcome drink in afternoon. Small room, poor standard bathroom.

quite old hotel even it’s a new building but it’s not a big issue if you just want a good value stays for one or two nights

Five night base in Imabari for day trips/ cycle touring

Near train station and bike hire outlet Welcome drink / coffee machine Windows that could open (this is relevant as there was no cooling air con) Comfortable bed Area with two chairs to sit and drink / eat in room Bike storage in reception hall

Air con - we were told to not use it by cleaner and open window. Rooms got warm at night and had to open window albeit slightly due to some street noise. Better ventilation system is needed. Washjng machines - one in particular, drawn to staffs attention, did not go to the cycle time of 38 mins (took 90+ mins wash only). They need servicing.

The perfect location to experiment the Shimanami Kaidô

The location near the JR station is very convenient. The bedroom is clean, the bed confortable.

English spoken by the staff is limited but sufficient for an efficient check-in and check-out.

I needed a hot bed and shower for two days close to the train station and it was perfect for that

It is across the street from the train station, one block away from a convenience store. It was the fastest wifi in the whole month I stayed in Japan.

The stay for work was very much an utilitarian one. There isn't much to say in negatives, it filled in every single need. For a short stay, it was perfect.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Great location, right by the train station and bike rental companies. This hotel was very convenient as we were able to have our luggage sent here through the "cycling without baggage" service as we rode the Shimanami Kaido to Imabari. Staff were friendly and the place is very clean.

Close to station bike hire convenience stores. Hotel has bike storage in lobby. Is clean. Really hot and strong water pressure.

Room faced south. Hot and airless. Has air con but didn't seem to work. Water evaporative unit provided but not sure how it worked.

A comfortable hotel and conveniently located at the start point of the Shimanami Kaido

The hotel was very close to the JR station which was convenient for us to organise our bike ride on the Shimanami Kaido

There wasn’t much space to place luggage in the room.

Awesome! Easy check in and great location. Good place to stay in Imabari!

Location is great! Staff is friendly and the hotel and room were very clean.

We could not figure out the AC controls so it was a little hot in the room. That's just due to a language barrier on our part.

Such a great place to stay if you are cycling or traveling through the area.

The staff were foreigner friendly. They are also well prepared for people who have just cycled in from either Shimanami Kaido or other areas on Shikoku. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. They also have bike racks to accommodate cyclists.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Excellent place for an overnight stay and don't want to wander far from the station.

Helpful staff- very pleasant- great location with respect to proximity to the station and bicycle rental stores.

Can't really think of anything negative about the place.

Pleasant

Close by to the train station and the cleanliness.

Little inconvenience for the car, parking area is further and have to wait for the staff to tap the gate in order to go in.
