MUY RECOMENDABLE

Alojamiento muy recomendable, cerca de la estación de tren y del centro de Santiago, muy cómodo el acceso con código, tranquilo. Coincidí en recepción con Noelia y genial, dispuesta ayudar en lo que necesitara. Gracias Noelia y a todo el equipo.

It was perfect for my needs. Mucho gracias!

Price, cleanliness, location are excellent. The receptionist, Noelia, was charming, helpful, and lovely. It was the perfect spot for me to stay. The fan was extremely useful. A bit of air conditioning would have been nice—- but that must be because I’m a spoiled American 😄.

Sehr freundliche MitarbeiterInnen.

Zimmer sehr klein, aber gut durchdacht. Kleine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Tee zur freien Verfügung.

Hätte die Heizung gerne auch morgens noch ein bisschen zum Schuhetrocknen genutzt. Sie wird aber zentral gesteuert und läuft nur nachmittags und nachts.

nice stay

we stayed in 2 seperate single rooms. room seems a bit small but still had an enough space. bed was comfy, bathroom was clean. hotel is in upper floors but it has an elevator. it's in a good and quiet location. there is a few restaurants and big markets.

I ended up staying at a different location they set me up with, because they were overbooked. it worked out well.

Cool pension. Recommended.

I was upgraded to a double room; so good customer service. The room was great. Clean. It had all the basic items : wardrobe, desk, chair and a good shower. The location was good, a short walk from the old town but in an area with many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The bed was comfortable with enough pillows. The balcony was large. There is heating. It is a gem for the price paid.

Very good

Close to the city with all the sights. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Friendly staff. Good to stay if you don't expect any luxury or fancy hotel. The rooms are small but big enough for one or two persons to just sleep in it.

Bed was clean and comfortable

Accommodation on the 9th floor above residential accommodation. Room facing on to small internal light well. Very noisey neighbours on the floors below until 3 AM therefore no sleep.. Concerns about security and fire safety. Very small room with no patio as booked with booking.com. Reception desk sporadically manned. No breakfast offer.

Very good communication!

The room was bright, well equipped (fridge, hair dryer). It was possible to use a small kitchen, which was located one floor above. There were also many cafes and restaurants around. Very good communication - good recommendations for places to see and where to eat.

The bathroom was very, very small. On the second day, the shower smelled a bit like sewage.

The accommodation was within walking distance of the train/bus station and the center of town.

The receptionist Daniela was extremely helpfull and cheerfull. All the rooms are on the 8th floor. Very compact with a very small bathroom. Fridge and tv in room. Terrace with two chairs and a table very nice but needs to be more private.

One week stay for work

The room was quite essential with a single bed, a huge desk, fridge a fully furnished bathroom and a smart TV. There is an external kitchenette you can use to warm up your food and a common room as well. The staff is really helpful

The room was quite small and very hot during summer. The shower door was broken which make it difficult to be closed The only toilet accessory given was a showergel (no shampo for instance)
