About this house rental
Head off the beaten path as you wind your way up between the oak trees to arrive at Los Arboles. The dirt road leading to our home takes you into our secluded property, but with a payoff of luxury and serenity that is worth the trip. Situated on 9 acres, Los Arboles is the house of Wine and Trees where you can enjoy your wine & cheese. Nestled among the oaks, you instantly feel like you are far from it all--but just a short 2.5 mile drive to the center square in downtown Paso Robles. During your stay, you will see deer, hawks and may catch a glimpse of the property's resident red fox. After a day of wine tasting at the the easily accessible vineyards surrounding the area, enjoy watching our neighbor's horses graze at dusk in our front yard's hillside pasture. This luxury home has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, each full bath with heated floors for your winter comfort, a gourmet kitchen equipped with Thermador appliances and a game room with air hockey. Our ranch-style house is suited for large family gatherings (allowing for privacy and social time as you and your guests see fit). When we reserved this property on VRBO, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Trish is the most thoughtful, gracious host and responded promptly.
She provided us with all the information we needed. The house is just perfect! Kitchen is spacious and contains everything one needs.
The beds are comfortable, bathrooms and amenities are excellent. Location is incredible.

This is the 2nd year in a row our group of 8 friends have stayed in this lovely home for our annual Wine Tasting weekend to celebrate Valentine weekend and my husband’s birthday. This home is so spacious and plenty of room to fit all of us comfortably. The amenities and upgrades to this home make this a perfect getaway! We plan on booking annually going forward. I highly recommend this property! Trish is amazing and was very accommodating allowing us to drop off our luggage and groceries before check in time on our way to our first tasting appointment.

We had a wonderful time with 7 of us. The house was beautiful, and had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying a warm fire at night. We got to enjoy star gazing from the driveway, and we were greeted by a family of deer every morning. We would absolutely stay again! Super comfortable space - much more than we could have gotten in town - and just a few min drive from the main downtown of Paso Robles.

Our stay at Trish’s place was great! The location was exactly as described and very convenient to downtown. The communication was pleasant and smooth at all times. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. We enjoyed the BBQ with a substantial open space backyard!
Trish was very responsive which made us feel comfortable to have stayed here.

Well appointed, clean and in a great location. I've made a lot of vacation rentals and honestly none have been as easy as this one. Also, the kitchen had everything we needed and the location was perfect between all the good wineries and downtown. And it was clean! Overall it was was really great!

Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here~ what a gem in Paso Robles!!! We ranged in age from 2 years to senior citizen and all had a fabulous time and plenty of space. Super close to all the wonderful wineries, breweries, stores and restaurants! A quick drive up a dirt road and you are tucked away, so you get the privacy of the huge grounds while still being close to town. A special treat to pass by beautiful deer, as well as enjoy them while looking out the windows. Kitchen was a highlight~ plenty of space with all the amenities and cooking supplies needed! Plenty of extra linens and comfortable beds. The kids enjoyed the shuffle board in the living room and the air hockey game in the office/bonus room was a hit! Soooo happy with this beautiful place and would definitely return and recommend to our friends and family. Thank you for the lovely stay and memories!

Four adults, four teenagers, couldn't have been a better fit! The kitchen was huge with every appliance and cooking gadget you could ever need. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms isolated on one side of the house and 1 bedroom, game room (with sofa bed) and 1/2 bath on the other side of the house. Beautiful back deck and large fenced in yard.
This house is not far off the freeway but very isolated. We saw deer daily driving in and out. Centrally located and easy to access the amazing wineries of Paso Robles, downtown, shops and restaurants, Tin City, etc. Would absolutely stay here again.

House was amazing!! It had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We loved the big windows and deer sightings every morning. Location is great. Short drive to Paso Robles Square , Tin City, and vineyards. Easy check in process and owner was very responsive. Group consisted of 6 adults and 2 kids. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Great location! The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and serve Thanksgiving for 8 adults. The double oven came in very handy. Bedrooms were all roomy and well appointed.

The house is amazing! I would recommend it to anyone. Very clean, kitchen is gorgeous, very well equipped.loved the light you get with lots of windows. Wood burning fireplace in living room. We had a great time. Saw a deer on 2 mornings during our stay. The house actually has 3 and a half bathrooms (not 4 as listed) we had 4 families on the trip, but we made it work. Just for information: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are close together on east side of the house, One bedroom is on far west side of the house, away from the other 3 and from bathrooms.

The home is isolated but close to all the activities we had planned. Very nice bedrooms, bathrooms, open living spaces. Host was extremely responsive and flexible. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house and property are all so beautiful. We had ample room for 8 adults and 3 little tots. We also hosted the bridesmaids “getting ready” and an after wedding lunch the following Sunday. So many cozy places to sit and enjoy conversations with one another.
Trish was available to help with the couple issues we had so our stay was truly lovely & memorable. We hope to have a reason to be back soon. 💖

The pictures don't do the house justice. It's a wonderful place. The kitchen is huge, 8 adults all able to cook and mingle at the same time, multiple sinks, all the things you need are here, even multiple waffle irons!
We had a great time playing air hockey and shuffleboard and sitting on both the house deck and the lower deck. The dining room table was more than enough for the 8 of us, and the loving area chairs and couch were a nice place to sit and read.
Location was easy to get to town and wineries, and being just across the highway from Firestone Walker meant we had a nice place for food and beer close by.
Everything was great, so we never had to contact Trish, but she was quick to respond before we arrived and we had all the info we needed for a great stay.
One of the few places we all agreed we would want to stay again.

We stayed along with our three children, their spouses and kids, while celebrating my wife's birthday. The photos don't really do the house justice, it's better! It's set on a large wooded property with complete privacy except for the herd of deer that also live there and entertain you every day. Still, it's close to the town square of Paso, Tin City, Firestone Walker and, of course, all the wonderful wineries the area offers. Oh yes, the family had a fun time at the water park Paso offers--who knew?
It is nicely furnished, the kitchen is huge and equipped with everything you might want. We loved that it had four bedrooms and four baths (OK, one is a half bath) that made getting ready for the day a breeze.
The outdoor deck, bbq, and gazebo were all put to good use and our grandkids liked exploring the big outdoor property.
This is definitely a home we would enjoy staying in again.

This is a gorgeous house surrounded by beautiful trees. Exactly like the pictures. We came up for a college graduation, and the house was perfect for 10 of us. We highly recommend this rental and hope to stay again!

Best house with every essential and non essential needed. Accommodated our group of 8 adults so comfortably. Amazing kitchen for our chefs with every gadget available. Secluded area but so close to everything. We had the best time and will go back for sure. The owner was super quick at responding to all of my questions. Tucked Away, But Not Too Far
The house certainly met and surpassed the needs of our group of 8 plus an infant. The location could not have been better for accessing restaurants in Paso to visiting wineries off of Hwy 46 and attending a wedding at a venue very nearby. When I had a couple of questions for Trish, she was quickly available by text.

Wonderful experience
The property was in a secluded area but still close to town. The house was gorgeous with four spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and looking for birds. We didn't get a chance to take advantage of the air hockey and other games.

Perfect house for a family gathering
We stayed at this listing for 3 nights this spring and it was the perfect place to celebrate my mom’s 35th anniversary of her 35th birthday. We were able to have 4 couples and 3 kids under the age of 4 fit comfortably and not keep each other awake with differences of bedtimes and morning risings. The house is well suited for large groups like this and has an amazing kitchen we used for gatherings and even hosted a catered meal for the birthday girls’s big celebration. Wineries were a short drive away, the house had easy access to target (which is important when traveling with kids bc you are never prepared enough) and while close to the freeway still felt secluded and peaceful. Trish was incredibly responsive and had two pack-n-plays available for us upon inquiry. The house was comfortable, clean and beautiful. Great outdoor area for all ages to enjoy. Would recommend this listing to anyone and would absolutely book again. Thanks, Trish!

Great house for a group close to everything
We stayed at this house with 8 adults for a long weekend. The house is set up well for a large group. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to prepare meals and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or have some space alone. The bedrooms have comfortable new beds and we had fun enjoying the house (the shuffleboard table was a hit with everyone). The location of the house makes it very easy to enjoy the local wineries and its a very quick drive to the store. We would definitely stay here again.

great location - set up perfectly for our 6 person group
We really liked the property. Well equipped inside and outside which allowed us to sit around and visit as a group (3 couples) which was our primary reason for our Paso Robles get away. While located in the "country" it was really close (2.5 miles) to downtown Paso and the dirt road was easy enough that our sports sedan didn't have any issues going up and down the road. The owner's suite is very large and nicely appointed. The second master is smaller but quite nice. The setting is quiet and peaceful and our only overall gripes are that the kitchen drawers - while nicely equipped - don't seem to follow any pattern - would be nice to have a "map" of where things are so you don't end up looking in 15 drawers for tongs or a lighter. The other gripe is that the fenced in backyard needed a good weed whacking - the fox tails were about 2 feet tall and detracted from the overall appearance. Overall, we would rent this property again.
