Very poor service

It was quiet

Staff were very unhelpful, they didn't seem to have our booking. Didn't try to communicate and charged more than booking.com. Swimming pool was empty, no explanation. Breakfast was due to be served at 7 but there were empty tables and no one appeared until 7.15. Would not recommend this hotel, very poor

Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y tienen excelentes vistas.

En la cochera había un buzón tapado solamente con una tabla, lo cual podría ser peligroso.

Experiência ingrata e desmotivadora de uso de aplicativo de reserva

Chegamos às 17h no hotel para nos hospedar e a gerente sra JANETE disse que o hotel estava cheio e que nós não teríamos direito a reserva (eram 4 quartos duplos reservados no BOOKING). Ficamos muito tristes com o acontecido, viajamos programados e isso provocou prejuízos em nosso cronograma de viagem. Foi muito constrangedor para nós a situação. Descarregados toda bagagem dos carros, 4 casais.... subimos as escadas até chegar à recepção do hotel, chegando lá.... fomos impedidos de nós hospedar. Mesmo mostrando as reservas feitas , com mais de 24h de antecedência.

No tome desayuno. Salí 6 AM. El desayuno es desde 7am

No tenían POS para tarjeta crédito. Pago solo en efectivo Colchones malos y camas chicas

great stay for the night to Cusco.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped me with my flat tire. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. There was on site parking for my car. The place was easy to find.

The water to take a shower was barely warm. Ants in the bathroom. Cash only upon checkout. I was lucky I had the cash. Otherwise I would’ve had to hunt down an ATM machine in a small town.

Good hotel, but as of May 2023 they do not accept credit cards in spite of their claim to do so!

The hotel itself was very nice. The location is great and there's a wonderful Ceviche and Trucha restaurant about 2 mins walk from there.

They claim online and on site that they accept credit cards. However, the hotel was taken over by new management a while back and under the new management they still don't support credit card payments. The staff directs you to an ATM nearby if you don't have cash on-hand, and withdrawing cash is around US$5 in fees. So add that to the bill thanks to their dishonesty about accepting credit cards.

A unique property for it's location.

For such a small village the place was nice and unique. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and the coffee was really good! The pet deer was adorable.

Couldn't get the hot water to work and the rooms were a little cold, had to get extra blankets.

Not the best. Cold, lack of facilities to make the stay agreable.

Out in the boondock but it was the only one. Breakfast mediocre . No bread , only crackers , lots of cereal.O r person serving and in charge of the whole hotel.

More supervision from the administration. The only employee had todo everything, no help. No credit card or dollar/exchange facility. I

Not recommending this stay. Very out of the way, cold, no one to help at the hotel.

Breakfast was fine but as the only employee in the whole building admitted, there was no bread, so they served crackers. In general it was mediocre and disappointing.

-there was no one except one person for the whole administration. The poor girl was doing everything, cleaning, receiving hosts, solving room problems and preparing breakfast. The owners of this facility should be very greatful to this poor girl. She really tried. -rooms were very , verycold. =bathroom was more or less clean. Bathroom mat was a point of infection! -no access to card payment , no system available

Probably best hotel in Chalhuanca

Overall clean rooms and restaurant on site serves good food. Private parking.

Initial room we stayed in smelt of cigarette smoke but staff were very helpful and friendly and changed the room immediately. Shower not got good pressure but has hot water.

The food. The food is simply divine. So tasty. Bursting with flavor. Indeed, the restaurant on the property has excellent food selection.

Good location, halfway between Nasca and Cusco. Good dinner. Cold beers. Friendly service.

Very small double bed. Not very comfortable.
