Short Term Rental Registration Number is 19-0737 Welcome to our piece of beach paradise on Fort Myers Beach! Our beautiful, newly remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom condo located in the much desired Gateway Villas complex has all essentials for a perfect beach vacation. As you enter the front door, you instantly view the beach and Gulf of Mexico waters, now you know you are on vacation! Our great room setup lets you enjoy each others company whether you are enjoying your favorite TV show or cooking a meal in our fully stocked kitchen. Our kitchen is supplied with the necessities of home and more. The comfy family room has a new sofa (sleeper sofa for extra sleeping accommodations) a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. The master bedroom has a new king size bed, dresser and spacious closet. The newly remodeled bathroom has a luxury style walk in shower with wall to wall tile. Other amenities to make sure your stay is more comfortable include linens, towels, beach towels and chairs, cable TV, keyless entry, high-end tile throughout main living areas, outdoor lanai seating and high speed WIFI. Most importantly, enjoy the beautiful sunsets, wildlife viewing, beach goers and the sounds crashing Gulf of Mexico waves from your private lanai. The Gateway Villas complex is located at the North-end of Fort Myers Beach. Within walking distance are many Fort Myers Beach amenities including Bowditch Point Park, the Time Square area famous for many restaurants, shops and performers and the FMB Fishing Pier. There are many miles of beach to walk and lots of wildlife sightings. Gateway Villas is a well manicured, gated condo complex. There is a large heated pool facing the beach with restroom, shuffle board and BBQ with tables and chairs. Looking to adventure to the  South-end of the beach, Lovers Key Resort or grocery store, there is a local trolley service that will take you there. This property has coded locks on the doors but requires a gate pass from the Main Office office $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. 7-night minimum rental, the minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat-Sat ( from Christmas to Easter )

Very comfortable condo with all the amenities for a great beach vacation. Wonderful pool area and well maintained grounds. Walkable to Times Square with many dining options available. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying we had a chance to meet the owners and they were very nice. With that said, it's way past time they do some serious remodeling/updating to this condo. We looked at several others for next year. Modern and updated. Of course they will be able to rent it the way it is, but we won't be staying there again.
We rented this condo in 2021 and thought it ok. It served our purposes for a working vacation, plus we are checking out different Florida locations looking forward to retirement.
The internet worked well, which was very important for our needs. When we arrived this second time, there was no TV in the bedroom (which was a big bummer!) But after emailing the rental company with our dissatisfaction, apparently they contacted they owners who are local and they brought over a large smart TV. That was nice.
My main complaints are as follows:
1. Cleaning was terrible - I mopped the floor upon check in.
2. Bed Linens thin and worn. Same for towels. Only extra blanket I could find was a very thin crocheted holey blanket.
3. Pillows were AWEFUL! No two were the same. We purchased two quality pillows last year, they were not there. I washed the two best prior to use. Pretty gross. Doesn't housekeeping monitor any of this for the owners?
4. Appliances work, but could be updated. Refrigerator makes noise all day and night, and if you have the ice maker on, it leaks water down into the refrigerator.
5. Major draft from under front door.
6. Someone tried to upgrade the shower, bad design. Unless you keep the shower head turned all the way to the wall, the bathroom floor gets flooded. The entire condo needs to be painted, but especially the bathroom. Ceiling paint is peeling. Baseboards are pretty bad.
Of course the beach is the best. But we will be spending our money on a more comfortable place. Thank you!

It is about a Mike from Times Square, but there are many options to get there - walk, ride the free tram or rent bikes for the week (FYI quicky cycles delivered & picked them up from our condo!)

The condo is adequately supplied with kitchen equipment, the bed is comfortable and the place is clean. The view is spectacular although the heavy duty screen is an irritant and sure messes up your sunset and dolphin photos. Suggest an 'invisible' screen or one that you can roll down in the evenings.
We had to stop at the TriPower office to get a gate card and all the personnel had gone home because of a storm. That was a hassle, someone should have known that we were coming and called or made other arrangements. We finally made contact and waited in the parking lot for a representative to arrive. Otherwise, the TriPower people are friendly and helpful.

This is a very nicely furnished unit in a nice, well maintained building. The entrance is even gated. The condo has been updated with new kitchen and bath and flooring throughout. The furniture and bed appear to be fairly new and are very comfortable. The north beach is THE place to stay in Ft Myers. Highly recommend!

Condo seemed outdated with mismatched décor but clean; bed was very comfortable. Grounds were pretty and well kept. Employees at the rental agency were very nice/helpful.

location was the best
Loved the location and the public parts of the property were well kept and very clean. Apartment furniture was fair and kitchen was well appointed. There was alot of ants in the kitchen and in the kitchen cabinets and called and advised rental managers and they stated they would sent some on over and they never did. Kept food in microwave and had to wash dishes before we used them. Also carpet in bedroom was very stained and the tv in bedroom did not work. If I knew these problems were taken care of I would gladly stay again.
