Мне понравилось всё. Симпатичный частный отель. Находится немного в отдалении от города, нет городского шума, все спокойно. Видна гора Арарат.
На территории милый маленький сад/огород, с фруктами, овощами, цветами. Бассейн с чистой водой, купаться одно удовольствие. Есть даже сауна, но ей не успела воспользоваться)
На веранде небольшая кухня со всем необходимым, посуда, чай, кофе, столы, скамейки. Завтраки нормальные, но немного восточные, кто привык к каше и яичнице как я, тут немного другое, но голодным не останетесь. Даже несколько видов необычного южного варенья! )
Хозяева отеля очень приятные люди. Вечером пригласили меня за свой стол, угостили фруктами. Спасибо за гостеприимство!
На машине, такси - нормально. На общественном транспорте - тяжко. Но это единственный минус.

Здесь нет ночного сотрудника, но при заезде ночью по телефону объяснили как самостоятельно заселиться. Это очень удобно!

Понравился бассейн на свежем воздухе и летняя кухня. Самое то, для небольшой компании, чтобы пожарить шашлычки на мангале и уютненько провести время до глубокой ночи, созерцая звезды, а после, разбежаться по норам. Рекомендую!

The quality of services in Armenia is so absolutely tragic that after a week in this country I understood one must not ask anything more than survival. From this perspective, my stay in Apex was a success.
There would be a lot of things I could criticise, but I resign myself from doing it. It has no sense.

Best part of this place is the view of the magnificent mt.ararat. you can keep gazing at the beautiful mountain all day and get mesmerized by its sheer beauty and size.
The host Inna is very helpful and generous. She gave us some wonderful fresh apricots from her garden to eat. She even drove us all the way to downtown when we got late for a bus tour. We are very grateful for her timely help that day otherwise we would have missed our planned group tour if she would have not helped us. Thanks a lot dear Inna! We would definitely come again soon to your home in beautiful Armenia! :)

Everything was nice, we were travelling with a rented car, so it was easy to reach the house, Inna was also very helpful, gave some instructions in advance. For us the location was perfect because we didn't plan to go to Yerevan every day, We were driving around and the location was very useful because the traffic was less crazy. So I think if you are planning to go to Yerevan every day without a car, it might be less comfortable for you. There is also parking on the property's territory.
Overall we had really nice time. My small brother was happy about the swimming pool the most, it was really nice to have it, because the weather was very hot.
Inna, the house owner, was always very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our plans changed spontaneously, but she was very understandable and helped me to change the booking.
The room was very nice and clean, it had an AC in both rooms. WiFi wasn't working well in some parts of the room, but it didn't bother us.
Although Inna gave us instructions on how to find the place beforehand, it would be nice to see a sign or some kind of identification on the street, to be sure that's the house we are looking for. We also didn't know that there would be dogs on the property, however they were friendly and Inna was taking care that they aren't bothering guests, I just wish I knew about it before getting there. Because we felt a bit overwhelmed when we just arrived: we weren't sure if it was the correct house and there were 3 dogs running around sniffing us

Only location. Because I didn't know the city before, it was a little surprise for me about distance to the city centre, shops and restaurants. It's OK with the car, or be ready to use taxi, fortunately it's not expensive.

I liked the very clean and perfectly equipped rooms in this quite residential area far away from the noise of Yerevan. I didn’t expect to find such a modern and really western-like place in a more rural area. I enjoyed the swimming pool and the excellent views on Mt. Ararat. I got to the hotel by public transport, which was very convenient. The next morning it was difficult to catch a taxi to the airport by app (because it’s far away from Yerevan down town), but the owners called me a taxi.
The breakfast was huge and made with full of love.

Absolutely perfect. Parking is directly under the windows of the apartment behind the automated gates, can be controlled by buttons from the inside. There is a swimming pool, always accessible, illuminated from the edge of the evening. In the bathroom you have a shower gel, in the room there is a refrigerator. In front of the room on the common terrace then mini clothes dryers with clothes pegs, there is one in front of each room. Next to the parking spaces is a seating area where breakfast is served in the morning. It starts at 8:30. If you want to go somewhere earlier, no problem, anything can be taken from the fridge in the dining room and prepared at no charge. There is an additional toilet in the common room, you can use washing powder or hairdryer. A shop is within walking distance, and there is a public transport stop a short walk away. Yerevan is about 15-20 minutes away by car. I apologize in advance for the mess in the photos, it was caused by us. Everything clean and tidy on arrival. :)
On arrival we had to be helped by Czechs who spoke Russian and communicated with the hostess how to check in. Otherwise we did not meet her at all. Payment was made the next evening in cash to the host.

The house is located in very nice and green area 25 minutes from the center of Yerevan. There is very quite and green here. You can listen to the birds singing and watch a beautiful Ararat mounting from your balcony. The house is new with very nice clean bathroom and comfortable beds. There is also a nice common area downstairs with library tennis table and sofas. The host Inna is very friendly and helpful, always responding fast to any requests and sharing the recommendations. A very nice breakfast is included. I would highly recommend this place to all people working remotely as we do.

Lovely and welcoming people, new and tidy place, clean just 20 minutes outside Yerevan center, enjoyable peaceful place.
It's a surprise to find such a nice place in this poor area.
I will definitely book again in case I'm in Yerevan.

The rooms are great, all is new and you get everything you need for a long or short stay including an air-conditioning system, a fridge and a kettle. The kitchen with all utensils is at your disposal. The hosts are wonderful and very hospitable people that go out of their way to help you, Armen and Inna make your stay a treasured memory.
If you want to purchase a party, you can ask them. The guest house has an awesome tandyr for a delicious Armenian style barbeque, it's such an experience in itself, highly recommended!
If you are looking for a vibrant city night life, you probably need to look for another place. I was working remotely and for me the location outside of the city was not a downside. If you need to go to downtown, you can get a cab or use a bus. The stop is 50 meters away.

I am a returning guest several times now here at Apex guest house. I always think that the value for what you are getting, especially in these unstable economic times here in Armenia, is the best you can possibly find!
The breakfast was all laid out on the table and it looked like a work of art. All the foods are delicious. Many of the guests as well as the hosts Inna and Armen all got together that evening for some nice conversations. One of the guests played his guitar for us. We always have a great time and a wonderful stay here at Apex when we decided to go, again and again.
Just outside Yerevan you will find this mini resort on a quiet side road. I say mini resort because there's so many special amenities. There's a giant swimming pool (weather permitting), a table tennis game, basketball, an outside patio, an inside lounge, an outdoor jacuzzi spa, a sauna, lots of places to sit and relax.
To speak of the hosts: They are very special hosts. They will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy, and satisfied. You don't have to worry about not being able to contact them. They are always available, either on site tending to the garden or making a surprise dish for guests to try. Or just a phone call away.
I have to say that in the beginning, I was only a guest to Armenia, but after meeting the hosts we decided to move here from the USA and make it our home. We would not have done this if we did not stay at Apex. I am sure of that. That is how great this place is!

Main thing is to get to the location select road H8 via Aintap, and turn to 1st road, then go uphill the street 9.

The location was quiet, family friendly and pleasent with scenery of the mountains. Host (Inna) and care taker was the real highlight .I had an experience of my wife missing her wallet at the hotel room with lot of cash and other valuable documents in it. The care taker found it and gave it to Inna(Host). She contacted me over whatsapp immediately and by then i had already returned to my country of origin. Then Inna, with lot of efforts from her end found out a friend (Samson) travelling to my country for another purpose and managed to hand over the wallet with all the things in it safely. Appreciate the kind gesture from care taker, Inna and Samson. Me and my wife will remember this foerever. They are really good people with genuine heart. Thanks for the hospitality Inna and we felt the place like our second home. Lots of love ❤

This place exceeds the normal expectations which are necessary for any traveller. I stayed at the property for more than my intended length of stay initially I booked the property for 4 nights but I stayed there much longer than that...Reasons being both the hosts armen and inna are very nice, hospitable people who are willing to go the extra mile to help their guests in suggestions on travel arrangements, ensuring the safety and well being of their guests, providing good lodging facilities, giving care and concern to their guests should any issues arise and ensuring that their guests never go hungry by providing a good breakfast and dinner...these are all just some of the many good attributes of the hosts...if I were to add more this commentary will become an endless, monotonous list proclaiming everything that is good about them and the property. Since day 1 when I messaged inna that I had booked the property she replied almost instantly and expressed care and concern about some tour I booked and found out more information for me. When I reached the property both the hosts armen amd inna treated me warmly and at all times ensured my well being....as for the facilities a traveller shouldn't ask for more, the property provides a good hot shower, a properly ventilated room with air con, a comfortable bed to sleep and a refrigerator, not only this there is a pool and jacuzzi which is clean and can be used by all guests...the location of the property is not an issue as it can covered by local taxi via the yandex app the rate is about 1500 to 2500 drams to the yerevan city center..it isn't a great distance away and the taxi rates are affordable. Among all these as a personal experience I have to just simply put it as a wonderful place to stay and it was a pleasure to live there...I genuinely recommend this property to any aspiring traveller who wishes to visit armenia or to practically anyone who is looking for a place to stay which is close to yerevan...

There was a very big garden outdoors, and the rooms indoors were big as well. The pool was very nice and clean. Everything was provided for us and we felt very comfortable here. The hosts were very kind and helpful people . We will be back again.

The Apex guest house was very big and very beautiful. There was beautiful marble finishings all over the architecture. The lighting was perfect in all the rooms and very asthestic, even outdoors the lighting was quite impressive.. Even the steps to go upstairs were amazing. The yard was full of flowers, fruits and vegetables, free for the taking. The pool was crystal clear and very refreshing. The included breakfast was quite delicious and there was always a variety of different types of foods offered.
There were many chairs to sit down and relax. We had lounge chairs, swing chairs, a swing set (if you have kids), couches throughout, table chairs, garden chairs, park benches, and a huge outdoor table with even more chairs.
The kitchen was complete with refrigerator, stove, all cookware, utensils, condiments, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, and a hot water kettle. And a deluxe model washing machine with racks to hang your clothes. Detergent was included.
There were many couches in the living room along with another big table. The internet was quite fast and always stable. The satellite TV had hundreds of channels to choose from. The TV had a very large screen. There was a lot of privacy throughout including a fully fenced and gated terrace. We had a beautiful balcony with an amazing front and center view of Mount Ararat as well as all of Yerevan in the far distance.
Out hosts: Inna and her husband Armin were one of the most kindest and hospitable hosts I have ever worked with while traveling. They made us so comfortable with everything and anything we needed or wanted. They would offer us fresh fruits and vegetables, they would host barbeque pool parties with some of the best cuisine I have ever tasted (vodka included - if you drink) If we needed help with anything they were right there offering their full attention and assistance. They drove us all over town out of their own kindness.
