Exceptional

Large and spacious apartment. It is one minute from the beach and restaurants in Nea Chora. It is furnished with everything you need for a long or short stay. The host answers all questions quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I recommend this place!

Super clean, not far from the beach, good property.

Great private sunbathing terrace, 2 minutes walk from the beach, and 15 minutes walk from the old town of Chania.

No toaster, and the shower was very old and needs modernising. A few of the kitchen cupboards could be removed to make more relaxing space in the evening.You need to prepare yourself for 4 flights of steps too, but keeps you fit!

Reasonable apartment completely spoilt by numerous problems. Good Location

Very good location. The property is a reasonable size and the patio is enormous. It was very clean (except for the cooker hood filter). The maid service was very good. The kitchen was of a good standard.

You have to climb 3 floors 59 steps so you have to be mobile. The kitchen equipment was very basic not even a pair of scissors. There is a very small table on the huge patio which you can only just fit two plates on. The cloths rail in the wardrobe is 2,5m high so it is useless. One of the Sun Loungers was ripped and dangerous to use - we complained to the managing agents Oreo Travel but they did nothing about it. The most significant issue was the bathroom, I am a normal sized man and it was almost impossible to use the toilet because the sink was so close. This would be a real problem if you are not a reasonably thin person. The Shower only had the shower head working and the cubicle had come away from the wall and it rocked about when used. It said there was a Toaster but it was a Sandwich Maker.

Perfect located appartment, 15 minutes walk from old town Chania

Perfect location, 200 m away from beach, taverna's and shops, comfortable beds, the apartment is equipped with the basic necessities, the host answered all our messages promptly.

We did not find something that bothered us very much. As a advice for the future, i am sure that all guests would appreciate more the accomodation if they will provide a bottle of water, a couple of pads of detergent for the washing machine and for the dishwasher.

The stay was enjoyable as a break, the apartments were relatively expensive considering ammenities.

The location with respect to the beach was about all that was good. There were restaurants in easy walking distance.

In the penthouse the fancy shower cubicle was only a shell for a hand held shower head and the cubicle itself was dirty. There was limited crockery and other self catering facilities and no wardrobe facilities for hanging clothes. Nothing in the bedroom to put any clothes on. The two apartments had better facilities than the penthouse but in the middle of the second week, water started falling from the ceiling of the 'duo' apartment from the 'tribulos' apartment and so one of the showers in the 'tribulos' was unavailable for the rest of the stay. The 'cleaning every day except sundays' didn't happen and I had to phone for service twice to get clean towels.

Fair stay

The apartment was very well furnished. Nothing was missing. Very close to the ⛱️.

The fact that the behind side part of the buying was not renovated. That was a big dissadvanntage for the house. Additionally the stairs is also very old and not renovated at all. Needs renovation for the money this apparmenmt costs.

The location is absolutely fantastic, it is quiet and a stone's throw to Nea Chora. The terrace is absolutely wonderful, it is large and you live undisturbed. Just a short walk to the old town.Close to restaurants and supermarket.Good Wi-fi lovely AC and unusually comfortable double bed

We lived in this apartment in 2019 and now 2022. With such a fantastic location and nice accommodation, why not upgrade the terrace with a little better outdoor furniture. And a little more of household utensils Remove the shower cubicle (it is broken and cramped) and replace it with a regular shower wall. The small cost for you, would enhance the experience for the guests enormously

Nice location, clean,spacious.just 1 minute away from a nice coffee shop and 2 minutes away from all the seaside

I stayed in flat 1, that means on the ground and it was a bit noisy so I couldn’t sleep with the windows open

Very good!

Beach is 1 minute walking, restaurants and supermarket are also close. Airco in every room. Everything was clean.

I was suspecting a roof terrace like on the picture, but the only apartment which has that is the penthouse. but we had a big balcony, small but long, with a table and some chairs.

We will definitly go back one day

The place is very close to the sea and very ncely furnished and decorated. The diswasher and the washing machine was a great help for me with my 4-year old son. The beds were really comfortable. Places of interest were within walking distance. I really appreciated that for an extra 40 euros we could stay in the property the last day as our flight left at 8 in the evening and this way we didn't have to spend the day outside with our boy.

No Salt and no pepper in the kitchen No tea and only two coffees (there were three of us for three nights so we should get at least 9 of them)

flawless Crete experience

location is perfect: close to the beach, fish-restaurants and old part of Chania we stayed in tribus apartment: it's actually much better than on pictures :) new, clean and well-equipped we loved the balcony and 2 bathrooms :) and there is very nice coffeehouse just downstairs 20 meters from the building

Advertised as penthouse but fell very short of that. Very central and safe area.

Location is fantastic for beach great restaurants and bars lovely walk into chania town. Local people are very friendly and helpful.

Lack of utensils ie. no iron board 2 dinner plates 1 was chipped no sweeping brush. No clear dates set for cleaning. Patio area not secure while we were sunbathing other guests came up expecting to use area.

Very good

We loved this property, location perfect, two minutes from the beach and restaurants. The washing machine was a must for us and it was perfect. Cleaner was in everyday and no problem replacing towels sheets etc. Quite a few stairs to the penthouse so wouldn’t suit everyone. Huge terrace just for us which had a beautiful breeze most evenings. It was our second year in Nea Chora and will definitely return again. Any questions we had, we messaged the property through Booking.com and we always received a prompt helpful response. Excellent service.

Superb

Very comfortable, spacious apartment, nicely decorated. Nice balcony with small seating area looking down to the beach/sea at the end of the road. Location excellent with restaurants and mini market all within easy reach. Lovely walk along the promenade to the Venetian harbour and the Old Town with a multitude of bars, tavernas and small shops.

Ok accommodation but wouldn't stay there again

The apartment is big, mattresses are good, clean sheets and towels every 3 days. Well equipped kitchen including washing machine, all functional. Very close to the beach and 15 mins by foot from old town. Some nice restaurants nearby and a big supermarket 10 mins walking distance. Partial sea view in the distance from the balcony. 3 air conditioners, one in each room.

Old building, apartment renovated recently, but some cheap furnishings make it still suffer from old building issues: lots of noise coming in from the street and the hallway due to non-existent sound insulation, some doors including the main apartment door old and not at all sound proof. No real storage space: there is one closet which has no shelves and smells bad (moldy). The only other option is an open area behind one of the beds which is dusty and not usable. Area around the apartment is not at all nice to look at but also not dangerous or anything, just not very pleasant. The beach that's the closest (Nea Chora) is ok but the sand gets pretty dirty.
