Gutes, einfaches Hotelzimmer an einer ausgezeichneten Lage.

Der Standort war ausgezeichnet. Sehr zentral, in einer schönen Gasse mit leckeren Restaurants & Bars. Trotz der zentralen Lage hat man seine Ruhe.

Das Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Fenster und war dementsprechend recht dunkel und nicht allzu gemütlich. Auf den Fotos hatten einige Deluxe Doppelzimmer einen Balkon, vor Ort hatte unseres leider keinen, jedoch zahlten wir den selben Preis wie die Leute mit Balkon. Wir konnten ein Zimmer mit Balkon betrachten und es machte einen komplett anderen & viel schöneren Einblick als unseres, trotz der gleichen Preisklasse.

Fantastico, lo consiglio a tutti

Personale veramente gentile(cosa non proprio semplice a Creta, quindi lo abbiamo apprezzato molto), offrono acqua, caffè, biscottino buonissimo, un alcolico di creta, tisane, kit benvenuto per la doccia e per il bagno. Siamo stati veramente bene, era molto pulito e molto bello

In tanti scrivono che il parcheggio ê un problema, ma in realtà se giri, c'è ne sono tantissimi di parcheggi, quindi in 10-15 minuti lo trovi anche nella settimana di ferragosto

Clean, spacious and comfortable right in the heart of everything!

The property was a new modern serviced apartment in a perfect location in Chania. The room itself was very clean, well-kept and spacious, and had a large shower, balcony and added amenities (no kitchen) that were very useful for our stay. Add to this some very pleasant staff and a neighbourhood bustling with great restaurants, shops and sights, and it was perfect for us!

The safe was quite small and will not fit much at all. Laptops, digital cameras etc. will not fit. Something to consider.

The studios were really well located in the Old Town, close to the harbour and all the restaurants and shops. The room was well equipped, clean and with some nice extra touches, raki, bathrobes and nespresso coffee.

A good location to explore Chania old town and its many bars and restaurants.

Large room and good shower. Room was reasonably quiet. Plenty of towels, Bathrobes and slippers provided. Complimentary bottle of wine and water, plus coffee. The rooms at the front of the property seemed nicer, but would be noisier, due to the late night bars and restaurants. Probably best to book early if you want one of those rooms. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great to explore Chania old town, with its many bars and restaurants.

Limited natural light in room / blinds at high level couldn't be opened. Noisy guests entering other rooms talking loudly late at night. Could have done with additional bedding for cooler nights.

Superb

We had some confusion with the Minaret Suites & Aptmts room configuration on the booking.com website. We didn't get the room we wanted with the sofa bed. We were happy that Konstadina gave us a Premium Suite with Balcony plus Sofa Bed. The room was lovely (except the bathroom, very small). Katie and Konstadina were very helpful in every way. 🙂

Gorgeous hotel with amazing views but hotel needs working air conditioning

Amazing view and location. Gorgeous pool with views of the sea. Freshly made omelettes and pancakes at breakfast.

Lack of air conditioning in the main hotel / restaurants. Admittedly it was a very hot week but all the more reason for the need to have adequate air con in the hotel. We paid for half board but meal times were unbearable with the heat, felt really sorry for the staff who were also struggling (particularly at the omelette station!). We ended up leaving 2 days early and relocated to another hotel at an extra cost to ourselves.

An enjoyable stay in an attractive and comfortable apartment in the historic centre of Chania.

Friendly staff showed us to our rooms, which were attractive, spacious and well appointed with views of street and minaret from the balconies. Set in the historic centre of Chania, the apartment is close to the harbour and a wide selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and museums. The newly sited Archaeological Museum is a must, although it is now a bit of a trek to get there!

Nothing to do with the apartment, but we were disappointed to see that the ongoing "refurbishment" of the historic market would result in a level of modernisation which would make it unlikely that any of the traditional traders would ever be able to return, and its historic character would be lost for ever.

The room we got, had very nice decoration, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The location is in the heart of the centre and in the meantime it was very quiet.Totally recommended, i would definitely choose it again.

Absolutely loved this hotel - location was incredible and the rooms felt very homely. They were clean and I also loved the hotel interiors! Really good value. If I come back to Chania I will 100% stay here again. We were in Crete for one month remote working but only came here the weekend before leaving so our only regret is not coming to stay here sooner.

The apartment includes everything we need. The host is also very friendly and providing us useful information to visit the city. The room is clean and the apartment is close to some parking lots (though parking is really an issue in this city).

Lovely stay in Chania town

Lovely spacious apartment, very clean and in an excellent location, very close to restaurants and shops. The noise at night wasn't a problem with the windows shut. Lovely staff in reception who kindly organised a taxi for us to the airport on our last day.

Stairs could be a problem for some people.

I wouldn’t say ‘ didn’t like’ but I would upgrade the TVs as they are just in Greek, maybe a better AC because the room is very big for the current one

Great location and comfy bed

The location was perfect and walkable to everything in town. It was also placed in a very safe area. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean. The woman that checked us in allowed us to check in earlier which was very nice and helped us to be able to go out and explore earlier.

We had a lot of issues with the hot water where we only had it for 1 day out of 4 days. This become a problem as we were out on beaches etc every day and needed to shower and wash our hair often but ended up having to take fast showers in freezing water every day, being forced to sleep with halfly dirty hair and sandy feet. This was not comfortable at all and the situation wasn't handled the best when we told the staff. They kept saying that it was fixed and for us to give it 10min. We gave it plenty of time but issue never got fixed as this went on for days. So a bit sad about the experience we had with this on a vacation which is based around water and sand. They did apologise for this and offered us vouchers to stay with them in the future which was nice.
