Mixed. Room and hotel facilities great. Noise level from a group of noisy children awful

Good selection at breakfast

My stay was ruined by a lot of unsupervised noisy children running through the hotel and shouting this behaviour continued throughout the afternoon. A shame because aside from dinner, everything else was great. Lovely room and friendly, helpful staff Dinner was awful. Cold spaghetti and fish cold also

Location excellent in the old town near all bars and restaurants and the palace is a definite breakfast very good for the oriceonly

Amazing, I would definitely stay again ⭐️

Everything- location, staff, room . Big room, just perfect

If I would be very picky- the view from my room. However, we had a big terrace where you could sunbathe 😊

This is a really nice 3star hotel with a very central location in Gandia. Good sized room with a minibar and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good, even though it would be nice if the breakfastroom would be open before 8AM. Really nice with private parking space with direct access to the hotel. I would definately come back.

Nothing really. The balconys are quite narrow, so its not possible to sit outside!.

Very pleasant hotel - highly recommend this place for exploring Gandia town :-)

Food was lovely - staff were excellent- location great and price was very good.

Was a little bit noisy due to traffic but that’s cities for you :-)

Wonderful staff, central location and reasonably priced.

Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff were excellent. Location is very central. The hotel is a terrific base for exploring the city of Gandia. It is very good value for money.

It can be a bit noisy at night. It’s not the place if you are looking for a quiet stay in hotel.

Room was nice size and spacious, bed was large and comfortable and the TV worked.

Disappointing

The room was NOT CLEAN, and not well keep, the tables were damaged. We informed the receptionist and even if she did her best, the cleaning team was not in the hotel so the only thing she did was to spray some nice air, but the floor and the toilet was not clean. Other important thing. There is NO air-conditioning. Only in summer, because it is central controlled.

The room was not clean. I found hairs in the toilet and in the room floor
