Très mal dormi

Pas grand chose, à part l accueil

J ai payé pour une chambre avec 3 lit et une chambre avec lit double, je me suis retrouvé avec 2 chambres avec 3 lits Les matelas étaient très inconfortables, on sentait les ressorts, nous avons très mal dormi et mal au dos au réveil. Dans une des chambres des toiles d araignées Je trouve que c est cher pour ce que c est

La cama y las almohada nefasta. Las tarjetas si activas 1 la otra no funciona. El parking que te dicen que va incluido es la calle. El parking privado del hotel cuando llegas te dicen que no entra en la web.

Great for a one night stay.

Clean , new bathroom and decor Comfortable beds, great shower. Easy to find. Easy secure parking.

Location for us was too far away from anything. location on the highway would be perfect hot others. Could do with a kettle in the room for coffee/tea.

Good value, free parking, big room and great location if you are traveling by car. Staff were super friendly.

The bathroom seemed to have mold in the shower.

Room was clean and well presented, staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Having my motorcycle in a secure compound was a real bonus

It's a little noisy as it's close to the motorway but not insurmountably so.

If you travel direction Valencia, location is not the best since you need to drive additional 15km on highway

Excellent location.

Friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant. Location is excellent for us on the long journey north. Dog friendly, plus there is a lovely dog walk accessible from the car park.

It's a pity that there is no secure parking going south as we would use this hotel on our return journey. There is a driving route but it's complicated. Food in the restaurant has improved but, at nigh,it is not fresh.

Overall good value for money spent

Very kind staff. The interactions with everyone, especially the front office were very pleasant On a good location (for those who seek a hotel in the entry of Barcelona or close to St. Bisbal castle) Rooms are okay, clean - overall good value for money

Noise isolation between rooms is not awesome, you can hear people moving objects or speaking loud in other rooms. Price of food was a bit too expensive, and it is not 24 hours (as it used to be in the past)

The reception staff were fantastic

Not the staffs fault, but no air conditioning during my stay due to maintenance that wasn’t apparent when I booked, or reflected in what I paid as no refund

Clean room. Comfortable bed and bedding. Bathroom clean. Staff very friendly. Restaurant facilities on site.

If you want to get there by bus or metro, then you will have a long walk from the bus /train station to the hotel.

Quiet room, although located near the highway. Nice and helpful personel.

I did not see any information about the division of rooms into smoking and non-smoking rooms, when I was booking. A smoking room has been allocated in advance, which was uncomfortable.
