Poor

Nothing.

The staff were weird on arrival, the facilities I specifically booked fo,r pool and spa, were out of order. My room had a door directly to the street which raised huge security concerns, I was not given a key to it and it had no additional security. I did not feel comfortable leaving my belongings in the room unattended and felt uneasy sleeping in the room.

Kicked off hubby's birthday with an extra sweet surprize at breakfast and singing...special!!!

Receptionist was a lovely host, staff was helpful and friendly.

The wait in terms if breakfast seemed short staffed.

Superb everything from start to the end of our stay ..amazing amazing

Breakfast was amazing..as you sat down coffee is served then after continental and your hot breakfast... options on the breakfast very good..always got service with a smile

Comfortable Stay!

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff made us feel very welcome and at home

The pool was a bit disappointing as it's listed as heated pool but then it's more the case of its only heated depending on weather

Worth the money

The room was exactly like in the pictures, and we were welcomed with a welcome drink and lots of balloons in my room. Made my day even more special😁🌻 once again. Thanks, Shepherd and Tammy 💓

Due to the signal we could not have dstv only cartoon network and discovery. Also my stay was way to short...

Total disappointment!

It was clean inside and rather spacious rooms.

Poorly maintained. Bad location and the photos on internet and bookings.com totally deceiving. No secure parking. The host on arrival was rude and disorganised. The towels were so old and torn.

not a pleasant experience

1. On my last night, there were shouts outside my door between a guest and management regarding a booking, I couldn't sleep until 1 a.m. Apparently, the hotel made a double booking for the room I was staying in. 2. there is not always parking 3. breakfast was poor. 4. The shower head was broken 5. the water wasn't draining in the shower properly, I complained and they couldn't fix it.

Disappointing

It is a beautiful establishments especially the reception area, I also really liked the bathroom.

It didn’t have a view or proper sim exposure. My breakfast was too limiting Honey at breakfast had ants Upon arrival I think it’s important to inform guest that they will be paying for the mini bar instead of the small piece of paper that is easy to miss Not even two courtesy bottle of water was provide

We had a really relaxing time, we enjoyed a great massage and found the hotel to very pleasant.

Staff are just amazing! Rooms were perfect. Great location! Massages were superb!

Nothing not to like just need robes and slippers in the rooms for guests, especially during winter.

Good but a little expensive for the price/quality

Nice room with a jacuzzi outside. Close to the city center. Good breakfast Nice spa center.

We have some moisture under the carpet near the window. The breakfast is slow served. Only 3 parking spaces I have to park on the street sometimes. A lot of noise from keys and doors in the morning. It is not bad, but a little expensive if you keep price/quality in mind.

A pleasant stay

It was clean and modern, it looks just like the pictures. The breakfast was quite nice and they accommodate dietary requirements. The staff were helpful and professional and fulfilled our requests. The spa ladies are some of the nicest people, they really take good care of their clients. Nice place for girls spa weekends

Our room phone didn't work. The heated indoor pool was cold. Loadshedding lights the hotel supplied were not charged enough to last entire loadshedding. Lack of halaal food options

property is showing its age. nothing that’s a major issue, but it could do with some TLC in places. Owners should invest a bit to keep it ahead of the average

Very good

The breakfast was great. I don't normally eat breakfast, but they served good eggs. Good location - Centrally located along the coastline.

The wifi connectivity was poor. Also, during load shedding, the AC wouldn't work.

Felt more like a 3* hotel for us.

Very nice location, the hotel felt quite private and quiet, just what you expect when staying at a boutique hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Allowed us a late check out which we are very grateful for. Spa was small but we had a lovely massage session.

Overall, we expected to get a better service for a place that tries to call itself a 5 star hotel. When we first arrived we were not greeted properly, we had to wait around 10 minutes outside the main door buzzing many times until finally the staff realised we were there (only 1 staff was there). Once in, we had to wait for another 40 minutes until our check in happened (at that point we were late for our dinner reservation in town). Once in our room, we found some random clothes hanging in the wardrobe (?) Staff was very nice and polite but we just couldn't understand why did everything take so long. Breakfast routine followed the same slow pace- not that we were on a hurry- but we felt a bit unattended. Asked for a plug adapter and after waiting for a long time we weren't given one. In sum, we expected more for the price we payed. This was our "anniversary treat" after 2 weeks traveling South Africa and would have been nice to have had a better experience.

Perfect for a fabulous weekend away

I loved the peaceful nature of the entire facility. It felt like we had the entire hotel to ourselves and yet all the staff we're present, welcoming and helpful. The spa is particularly amazing and the jacuzzi suite was fantastic

The strong winds caused the panel of the jacuzzi to keep flying off knocking them against the sliding door, it was quite noisy and you can't really use the jacuzzi at night because it makes excessive noise
