It was an okay hotel, needs a bit of a good clean for the hotel rooms, with generally decent food.

The food was generally good. The location was perfect right by the strip and the beach. Some staff members were generally friendly. The pool areas were quite nice, with good drinks.

The rooms were a bit dirty and dated upon arrival. When collecting my key I was originally given a worse room than I had paid for, so had to go back to get my room changed. I believe my room was only cleaned twice throughout my 5 night stay.

Great vacation!

The location was perfect, next to the beach and the main street. Staff was supper friendly and helpful, food was delicious. We had everything we needed for our holiday.

Wi-fi quality was not the best, depending on the time.

Best of the Best

Excellent location, great value for money. Top Hotel for Laganas with the best staff ever. Room and public spaces very clean. Food quality and quantity were really high. Hotel offers 3 pools and 2 restaurants. I will defently come back to Zante Plaza Hotel & Apartments, especialy because of the staff. Sofia the receptionist, Giota the manager and the rest of the people working at this place are out of this world.

Nice hotel, but city not for families

Good choice of food, close to the nice beach, friendly personnel

Too many drunk students shouting all the days and nights. Laganas city is full of bars and pubs but no entertainment for people who don’t want to party

Very pleased and felt welcomed

Really enjoyed staying at this place for the family half-term short break, the food are amazing and staff are very friendly. The only pity is that there was no internet reception at our room but we can stay at the eatery area in which fast broadband was available. Have recommended it to friends already, we will visit it again when visiting beautiful Zante in the future.

Food it was very nice - fresh and tasty! The staff - perfect, they answered for all questions, and wanted to help. All was very good:)

Nice place if you want to party and have fun all night long

Good value for money

The location is really good - close to the beach, many restaurants, shops and bars. The room was very spacious and could easily fit 4 people (to sleep). The staff were also friendly and had good amenities - although I didn’t use the pool as I stayed at the beach during the day.

The food was a bit disappointing, especially at breakfast. You had English breakfast and cereal with a few fruits. It was quite repetitive and could’ve had more variation. Dinner was good and changed each day however, if you are a vegetarian or vegan perhaps this option isn’t for you as all I could eat was some of the salad (sometime it had chicken or bacon), potatoes, rice and some days pasta ( at time they had beef sauce). Despite this I enjoyed my stay and would recommend - it’s basic but good.

The AC in the room worked well The sparking wine at the pool was good.

The food was served on paper plates at the pool The food in the main restaurant left a lot to be desired The bathroom had a half-bath that was a death-trap. The bathroom was dirty and impossible to keep water off the floor.

The hotel has three buildings, two are good, but one is far from others and view is to the street. Stay is not good at that building and far from description.

The food, although the same every day, and basic was nice. The location - close to beach and restaurants, bars and local amenities

We had a family room and the second bedroom had no air Conditioning. A fan was provided but it was still uncomfortable. The water in the bathroom kept going cold and the tub was really small. There was no shower curtain and the way the tap was positioned meant the floor was soaking all the time. We also had a tiny pipe in the ceiling which was on top of the bathtub and leaked constantly. We were in the main hotel and in the evenings it got very load - hard for the kids to sleep as the noise levels went on past midnight. The food although decent was the same every day. Minimal changes to the menu which after a few days doesn’t appeal. Breakfast was very basic and again the same every day. A bit of variety would help and i think there should be a variety of fruit offered at all meal times - there were only apples and bananas.

I enjoyed my stay at Zante Plaza Hotel and would definitely recommend.

I would assess food with 9/10. I would say that food was better than I expected for 3 stars hotel. Staff: 10/10 always helpful. Location 10/10 - it cannot be better. Our room had a seaside view so this made it even better. The room was good the only problem was the bathroom which was not too comfortable that's the only reason I assessed this hotel 9/10 otherwise everything was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Staff said what they can do . Really noisy place.Food is simple same whit 5 dishes same every day. Not recommend all-inclusive not worth especially when you stuck whit same bits every day.(pasta.chips.rice.baked potato.pork cury.and chicken cury.).this was worst place in last seven holiday for 7 year we was . Bad management.in one ward Poor place.

Really good location, close to the beach and close to the main street. Good variety of foods and very friendly staff. Overall good value for money.

The restaurant could be a little more spacious. Wi-fi was not working 70% of the time.
