Very pleasant stay, very comfortable and spacious apartment, close to the see. Would recommend!
Very nice apartment complex, at the edge of the town, but close to the city center, 5 mins walk from the sea. Very nice garden/park, calm. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a spacious terrace. Enough space with shade for parking.
The kitchen could be supplied with more diverse tableware, for example musli bowls or sharp knives. For us it was perfectly fine as we didn’t have to cook.

Loved it for our family holiday. Would definitely recommend.
For a 3* apartment, it exceeded our expectations. The bedroom and "living room" were reasonable in size, bathroom was very clean and modern, very well equipped kitchen and LOTS of storage space. Towels were changed every 3 days and Bedsheets every 4 days. AC worked well, despite the scorching heat (35C). Each apartment had its own AC unit. Beach: about 5 min on foot, through a little alley. Pebble (or rather "stone" ) beach with plenty of sunbeds and double beds (costly though, 25 eur per bed, 12 eur per sunbed), lots of little joints to buy icecream and refreshments + beach bars and restaurants, toilets and a couple of cash registers. There is also a very shallow sand (mud?) beach further down the promenade. Location: Reasonably easy to find by car, if you have GPS. Parking: private parking (you need a card to open the gate), spacious, but not paved, hence dusty. Huge free parking near the beach (still dusty, as you're parking on the earth) Water is nice, we saw some fish. It is possible to jump into the see from a dock (OK for adults too).
Rather crowded beach (end of July) and not a lot of space for shade. Most beach restaurants only accepted cash. The apartment blocks look a bit outdated on the outside, but that should not be a deterrent. We really loved our stay there and I have nothing bad to say about the property.

short holiday but fine. Hope next year come back and have good price!
Resort is quite and private. Better than have small gate near main street, easy and near for walking people
Can not open main gate with electric card, always call receptionist to open.

Clean and comfortable. Great value for money.
The apartment (we stayed in #19) was clean and comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. The small kitchen had everything we needed and we very much enjoyed the shady terrace. We didn’t do much in Medulin and were gone during the days, but the local beach is only a few of minutes of walking as is the marina with all the restaurants and entertainment. Great home base and great value for money. Good Wi-Fi (essential for the teenagers).
Nothing comes to mind.

Superb
I liked everything very much, a fairly spacious house and a large terrace.
Only note, the furniture and air conditioners are old, the suits smell old.

Nice place for family holidays
Nice place for family holidays, nice balcony, quiet place, playground for our baby girl, beach in walking distance
Sink in the bathroom didnt work properly and while using the oven plates we nearly always had electricity cuts which we could repair be ourselves

Pleasant
Clean apartment.
The location on booking is intentionally misplaced. It is located farther from the sea. But the booking shows the location in the first line, where the arena holiday hotel is located. They intentionally lie to customers.

Great experience, would definatelly come back here again.
Great location for a family and small kids, a playground, lots of pine trees, only a short walk from the beach. The apppartments have large balconies, a modern flat tv, good wifi, separate clima in both rooms, lots of space and easy acces by car with lots of free parking space inside the premisses. We forgot a bluetooth speaker/lamp in the appartment and the houskeepers found it and was returned to us.
The bed is really hard. The appartment could have an owen. The shower has weak waterflow. The bathroom could have more shelves to put things on.
