Well I love to stay this hotel , was amazing staff love to have Indian dinner after long time
Thanks making my stay wonderful

location, clean room, the bathroom though small was bright and fresh
The beds were very soft, over looking the neighbours on the other side of the road required having the curtains shut. Walking through the restaurant from the limited 2 gravel parking spaces to book in at the bar.
The bar had only 1 table and 6 stools to sit at. Evening meal was an Indian curry which was no problem, however it was chaotic. On the the whole trip in Scotland this was our last night and the most expensive hotel given, us the poorest experience of the holiday.

Very clean rooms, lovely room we stayed in, bathroom also very new and lovely, woman who checked us in was really nice
Check in was very informal but the woman behind the bar was lovely, but even though we watched her check us off the list they then said to booking.com that we didn’t book in which was strange as we definitely stayed the night. When leaving there was not one person there to check us out and then I had to call them while I was still there to ask where to leave the keys, the man on the phone told us to leave the keys hanging on the wall, which we did and that he would pass on we had checked out, he still didn’t come down to check us out properly. We went back later that day and the keys were still on the wall and no one was informed we checked out. I thought this was very unprofessional. The hotel was lovely in itself and very comfy to stay in but management and check out was all over the place and as they said we didn’t check in which we did.

Located on the main street in Callandar. Our room was clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast.
There is only room for 2 cars in the 'carpark'. The bar is tiny.

Location and the view from the back. Breakfast was good. Morning staff very sweet.
Uncomfortable bed- springs & a small double.
Shower was poor- electric and very weak / inconsistent temperature.
3.9
the staff were very helpful room was cosy breakfast fantastic location right in the centre drive ten minutes out of callander and the scenery is fantastic would return
the climb up the stair to room number two could not lift the case up the stairs had to take what we needed to use for the night and morning but that was no problem

Great location in centre of town. Free parking outside. Room adequate size. Pleasant staff.
Breakfast was OK. Found it strange you didn't get toast separately and added to your plate. I like my toast with marmalade after my food. The toast was thin cheap and hard. The coffee was weak and tasteless. The room was OK but could have done with a cleaning up dirty walls and smear near door key. One of the mattresses needs replaced as the springs would stick and was uncomfortable. The shower room was clean but had the smallest sink.
3.9
Perfect location for exploring town with parking at the rear (covered by CCTV) and good value for money at £75. All staff were lovely and the breakfast excellent.
My bed had a broken spring or something and as such I Felt as if I was rolling down one side of the bed. I also had to abandon my shower in the morning as the electric shower went from freezing cold to scalding hot constantly so after 10 mins I gave up and headed down for breakfast so I could hit the road in good time.

The breakfast was good. Service was efficient.
Kettle wouldn't fill from tap !!!

Room was lovely, big & clean, but the bed/mattress needs changed (room 6) it felt like some springs had gone & mattress felt a bit lopsided, resulting in a disturbed sleep, breakfast was very good, but the 8am start is a little late if you are travelling onward to get connecting services like we were
No evening meal was available midweek (Thursday) as stated before, the bed/mattress needs changed, some springs had sprung resulting in what felt like a lopsided bed & disturbed sleep, the 8am breakfast start may be a bit late late for some guests if you are looking to get away for connecting services.

Could do with wee fridge in double room

well priced friendly staff and comfortable bed
would recommend anyone visiting Callander to book dinner or else you will find yourselves at the chip shop like ourselves (but excellent fish and chips)

Room was clean , very comfortable, the breakfasts were amazing , Avril that works there doing breakfasts works on reception and cleans the rooms was really helpful and always there to answer any questions 😀
It isn't really a dislike, my room had low eaves and would not be suitable for tall people , I managed fine , also it was right at the top so not good for people with walking difficulties,

Was alright fried egg top ace
The noise from the traffic sadly

The breakfast was okay. The room was spacious enough for two. The location makes lots of tourist attractions easily accessible.
The WiFi was terrible and not working most of the time. The walls were paper thin and you could hear your neighbours showing in the middle of the night and very early in the morning.
3.9
Room was very clean and tidy , breakfast was very good, staff are friendly and more than happy to help, friendly small lounge within the hotel was nice to sit and relax in.
No complaints

Large, high-ceilinged room with a comfortable bed and very modern ensuite. The room was clean and well-presented.
There is no parking on-site, but there are places on the main road.

Great location, reasonably priced, and a hearty breakfast in the morning.
Checkout was a little confusing.
