Location. Beautiful room and kitchen. Private back yard. On premises Sauna and gym. Great restaurant.
When they say up to 5 people, they don't mean it. Only two people per room in one bed. Coach bed is reallly for a toddler. We has to order a roll away bed and put my adult son downstairs in the living room and it wasn't comfortable.

2 spacious and very comfortable bedrooms in the lodge we were in, great kitchen/sitting room area, fantastic location (parking on site and there's a walking path that brings you on a 3 minute walk in to Kenmare town)

We booked hotel lodge, it’s private and quiet to stay, good location in town with good Mountain View.
I understand the house needs time to clean up, if check out time could a little bit late instead of 10am, it would be better, the guests will feel relax more.

We stayed in lodges, there was plenty of space and everything was really clean. The decor was dated to the 90s but still nice. Smart TV which kids loved to watch movies before bed.
Location to town was really good with a centra shop across the road for essentials.
Bar staff were extremely helpful and nice especially when our middle girl knocked a drink all over the table.
Bar food was really nice with the fish and chips being a hit with us!
The hotel is a bit dated in decor and could do with some modernisation.
The pool was really cold for the kids and again could do with some updating.
The bar finished serving food at 6pm which I think is far too early for families who don't want the formality of a restaurant.

This is our second year running staying in a 2 bed lodge. They are so comfortable and very spacious. Having two full bathrooms is great for larger families. Staying in such nice accomodation makes for a relaxing holiday. You park outside the lodge so easy for unpacking. Kids loved the pool and a short stroll to town. The area has so much to offer whatever the weather.
We used the pull out sofa and it was not overly comfortable..a mattress topper would help. Beds are very comfortable.

Stayed for a wedding. The lodges exceeded my expectations and had provided everything you could think of for a home away from home. The beds were super comfortable and all the rooms were very spacious. Excellent facilities. Also access to the hotel leisure centre which was included in the price. It is a very short walk to town but situated in a nice quiet location for a relaxing stay.

The property was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I also loved the modern interior design of the space. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy. This was definitely a high-end experience.
I wish they offered late check out option.

Breakfast was good value - €37 for our family. Lovely pool. House was very well equipped and comfortable - one of the best self catering houses we have stayed at. Staff were really friendly.
Lovely hotel for a family break and a short walk into town.
Pricey for 2 nights - but then everywhere seems pricey at the moment. Ate in the bar one evening - food was good but the bar is not a very nice place to sit and eat IMO.
Bar and restaurant could both do with an upgrade in terms of decor.

With a medical concern, the staff was able to get us into our accommodations early, which was very much appreciated. They continued to be helpful and very pleasant. The "unit" was incredibly spacious - two bedroom town house with comfortable spaces. Reaching downtown by walking on the trail was convenient and short as well.
Everything worked very well for us.

Lodges were spotless and very roomy.

location
It needs a refurbish. Land line phone to reception didn’t work and although reported on arrival still not fixed after 4 days. The front door lock was loose, there were cobwebs in the bedrooms where it hand’t been cleaned properly, the hair dryer was missing a working plug and the garden was full of weeds and the grass needed cutting.

Location excellent, beds very comfortable, proximity to the town excellent
Expensive for a two bedroomed house, not much natural light in the house. Check out time of 10am, very stressful with kids.

Loved the space and being able to spread out. The fireplace made the lodge cozy. Having a washer and dryer and a kitchen were great with two little kids.
Nothing. Loved it all.

Cozy Beds, Perfect Location, great kitchen and really cool staff.
We regret to be there just one night. Definitly worth a week!
No chance to charge electric devices with european standard cables or USB (adapter needed)

Every thing was great.
We took 2 rooms, as we were 2 families travling together, we got 2 rooms with connected garden, the kids loved it.
All facilities and desing in the room were above exceptaion.
The pool is a bit small and for young kids it is not so fun.
The pool close very early, at 18:00, and when we travel all day, and want to enjoy the pool at the end of the day, there is not enough time.
The price of the rooms is a bit high for me opnion.
