Lovely couple of days with my sister in Rethymno. The hotel is well

This family run apartment was so close to the lovely beach in Rethymno. The staff were so helpful. We were late arrivals and they had done everything to make our check in as easy as possible. Lots of local information given. They have their own section of the beach which is staffed for drinks/snacks etc. The pool was small but just fine. The apartment was a great size and the bed in the bedroom was huge!!

The decor in our apartment was a little dated but the place was immaculate and very spacious.

Highly recommend the hotel

We traveled alone as two girls aged 19, and this was a very good hotel. The hotel looks very nice inside and seems like it has been recently refurbished. The breakfast was very good and with different options (fresh orange juice, Greek salad, bacon, fresh fruit, bread and other hot food). The staff working there were welcoming, helpful and very cheerful. They looked after us and helped us if we had any questions both on the beach and at the hotel. Our room was cleaned and tidied every single day while we were at the beach. We felt extremely safe as two teenage girls on our own. The verandas are large and the room comes with a fridge and freezer.

The only thing that was a little bad was that the air conditioning is directly above the bed, but this worked perfectly well if you just don't take it too cold.

We stayed ten days in Theo Hotel Apartments. The location is great, within a walking distance from the center. Also with lots of good restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets close by. We appreciated the attentive manager and staff. Daily room cleaning was great. Housekeeping staff were deicated and professional lovely ladies. At the beach, the sunbeds and umbrella were free of charge and a very good bar service. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and it would be our future choice in the next visit.

The hotel has the best location, the breakfast was super nice, the room was really Hughes with an enormous balcony and the people were very kind and willing to help. Under the hotel.there is a convenient store super useful to buy goodies and water. Absolutely recommend this hotel

Loved the view from the top floor balcony room. I liked the kitchenette facilities so to have a coffee in the morning prior breakfast. Hot shower and super friendly staff.

We thought the staff were super friendly, the location was perfect, service on the beach and sunbeds were brilliant! Everything was very well priced and lots of choice. Supermarket and shop was also great and everything stocked up even though it was end of season. The hotel was spotless, rooms were cleaned everyday (apart from Sunday). The facilities in the room were just what we needed, great size fridge. The room was lovely and quiet, and even though the road through to town is always busy, you couldn't hear any noise at night which was great! On arrival the welcome was warm and friendly, we were shown to our room and given a bottle of water for the night. We couldn't ask for more! 100% recommend and we'll definitely stay again!

We found the mattress to be uncomfortable, however we notified staff and they have provided a mattress topper which made the bed a lot more comfortable. Unfortunately the chairs on the balcony and in the room were difficult to sit on in evenings.

Lovely hotel, very nice room with all amenities. A wonderful view of the sea and the Venetian lighthouse. The beach is right in front of the hotel with umbrellas and sunbeds. A wide and long sand line. Cleanliness is excellent. The owner is one of the nicest people I have met in my travels. I highly recommend the hotel. It definitely lives up to more stars, ie. you get more than what you pay.

Everything you need without overpricing

Very welcoming and helpful staff, special thanks to Panayotis! Very clean property, convenient for having a big shop on the ground floor for food, drinks and everything you might need, opened from early morning to at least Midnight. Beautiful view from seaview rooms, nice balcony. Short walk to city centre.

Personally I would prefer the umbrellas on Theo Beach to be of a better quality for sun protection. Unfortunately I had to use the neighboring property's umbrellas and service. But this should not be seen as a negative for this hotel, because some people might like exactly this kind of umbrellas.

We really liked the hotel, especially the hospitality of the hotel staff, they were very nice, friendly and helpful, esp

1). The hotel is in front of the beach, one minute walk! 2). There is a shop on the ground floor of the hotel which made the life easy, you can buy drinks, food and things for the beach, very handy! 3). It’s also close to downtown. 4). It was very clean, our room was properly cleaned every day, except for Sundays, it’s was day off! 5). A child-friendly hotel! 6). A very friendly staff, we were treated very nicely, which made the vacation more enjoyable!

The only weakness was WIFI, too poor connection, but for holidays it is not a big deal!

The location was good. On the sea front with it's own section of the beach and just a ten minute walk from the old town. The pool area, although small, was clean and quiet. Having it's own private parking was a definite plus. There's a well stocked supermarket on the ground floor of the apartments.

The shower was a bit awkward. It just hung on a hook so therefore the water ran down the tiles. You needed to hold it in order to wash yourself.

wonderful sea front view. spacious studio. exceptional cleaning daily and fresh towels daily. fantastic location. lots of very good restaurants very near. 15 mins walk to the harbour and the old town. lovely little swimming pool . we will be back.

The staff was really helpful, rooms were clean and the view was beautfiul.

We spent 4 days at the hotel. During our stay all staff member was really helpful and kind with us. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The rooms were quite big and clean. The service on the beach was great too also the supermarket in the basement was a huge plus.

The road till the private parking lot was a bit narrow, but not impossible.

Hotel-appartment with nice views and supermarket

The localization was awesome, just in the seafront. I hosted in a double room with beautiful view to the sea and beach from the spacious balcony. There are sunbeds and umbrellas in the beach and you can take what you want (frappe, smothis, juices, cocktails, beers, fruit salad, greek salad...) There is also a supermarket at the ground floor, so you can buy what you need to cook, sunbathing, gits... It is open till late I stayed in May and I had summer weather. Also the temperature of the sea was warm.

They changes towels and sheets everyday, Buy they dont lied the bed completely.

Very good location, near by the beach. Supermarket is in the hotel building and many restaurants and coffee bars are around. The old town and the nightlife area are close by, within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel provides parking lot that is very necessary in the beach area. Nice, clean and comfortable room with a kitchen, balcony and sea view. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Room maintenance needs improvement: The tap in the shower room is not working properly. In the hall, outside the room light was not working. Suggested adding some kitchen accessories like salt and pepper shakers, soap for washing the kitchen plates. WIFI service is very weak, hardly can connect to it.
