Great location. So many stores nearby.The house was beautiful & very clean. We enjoyed the private pool and the hideaway club pool was a plus! Water was warm and the environment was very chill. Will definitely stay again and again!

The house was as described. We did find 3 cockroaches when we first arrived but killed them and didn’t see any others after that. The neighbors who moved in last day were very loud and disruptive but did quiet down by 10pm which was much appreciated.

I message and emailed several times but they just gave us the run around about the A/C. They said they sent someone to come and check the A/C but clearly they were at the wrong residence. If you like your living situation to be hot and stuffy, this place is definitely for you. Everything else about the decent. We booked the house for four days and we were miserable each night.

The house is great especially for where is located at so close to so many attractions and the rental company was great any issues we had they addressed quickly would def recommend family friendly and affordable.

The house had bed bugs and dryer vent was off so dust was everywhere. I told management twice and nobody came out to fix it. They did not seem to be in a big hurry to resolve the bed bug situation or offer us other accommodations with compensation. So now we are wasting lots of time and energy cleaning our clothes at home to make sure none came with us. The beds were not comfortable and very noisy.

If you are looking to book this property DON'T!!!
I was so excited to be staying in Florida with my family for vacation and this place looked perfect online. Not to mention you COULD NOT beat the price for the space. However, the house was NOT as clean as you would think with on our day of arrival. There were stains on some of the bedding and dust everywhere. Despite it all, due to the great location and price, we decided to still give it try and enjoy our family vacation BUT after ONE night we quickly realized it was not great! The next day, while at Sea World, my son started to complain of itching on his side and back. We initially believed he had been bitten by misquotes. However he was the only one in our group had these red bumps. Upon returning to the house and throughly checking the room he had slept in, we found bed bugs! We were very upset as I am sure you can imagine. He was sleeping in one of the master bedrooms. Once we realized, we quickly checked out and contacted the property management company which is managed by Scandi. After their investor coming out to confirm bedbugs, Scandi only agreed to refund my money for the days we did not stay in the home. I never received any apologies for what my son, myself and the rest of my family just had to deal with, nor a full refund for us having to book another hotel on short notice at the very start of our vacation. I would think a large company would refund ALL of the days, especially given the circumstance.

We had an amazing time and the home was beautiful and plenty big enough for our family! We stayed from Sunday to Friday and the home met all our needs! I loved that there were 4 bathrooms, that was super convenient! Communication with host was great!

We loved the condo and the location. The water park area was far away and very crowded. The other pools were very nice.

Resort and location is wonderful. House was great and just as listed. Big complaint is the management company. They sent an email about check in-- either in person or call. I called a the person said they would email the form to return. I never got the form. When i called to follow up, i got a different lady who was rude. She said we had to checkin in person and the email and other person were wrong. The office is 30 minutes from airport the opposite direction from the house. This was very inconvenient! Will not rent any houses that this company manages.

Loved the house and location. Only complaint each bat had half a roll of toilet paper and no extra. Had to run out right away just for that. All other items were well stocked for an 8 day rental.

The stay was great. There were a few minor issues, but for the price of the house they shouldn’t have been. Ice maker on the freezer didn’t work and never remade ice. The two bedrooms downstairs kept popping a fuse, called and reported and was told it was fine and if kept happening then they would do something. The beds were a bit hard. It was nice to have beach towels to use. Overall stay was good.

The rental property was exactly what was shown on pics. Easy check in . Thou we traveled with a large we never felt cluttered in the home. My only complaint was I thought the pool (in the backyard) was bigger but the community pools made up for all that. We had a blast

Everything was great aside from... No remote for the TV until our last day. Air filter in the furnace had not been changed in FoReVeR. Every bed is terribly squeaky, anytime you move the smallest amount.

We had a good stay at this property. The access code was given to us exactly at 4pm. Wish we could have gotten in a little earlier since we arrived early and sat around outside for a couple of hours waiting for the code. We were told that the property had to be inspected/cleaned, but we never seen anyone enter while we were outside.
When we did get into the house it was pretty clean, but there was hair all over the place. In the refrigerator, on towels, bed linens, and 4 of the sinks were clogged with hair as well. The cable box downstairs also decided to stop working as well. We washed ALL of the towels/bed linens and contacted the property management company, who responded promptly, about the other issues. The refrigerator ice maker would not dispense ice, but it was making it. I did not report this since it wasn't noticed until the 3rd evening. We were able to open the door to access the ice.
The beds were comfortable, but the bunkie boards under the mattresses are very noisy and should be replaced IMMEDIATELY!!! 4 of 5 rooms have the noisy bunkie boards...
The location was excellent for everything we needed to do, which primarily involved getting to Disney and shopping .
Overall we had a good stay and would consider this property and other properties managed by this management company.

Great place for a family vacation.
We had such a great time at the lazy river and evening walks as a family. With having adult children It gave us a time to come together and spend quality time together without the interruption of daily responsibility.

Beautiful townhouse
We had an amazing time. However the second night The air conditioning broke and no one called us until the next day. Even though it states they are open until 8pm and we called many times starting at 4pm. It was a miserable night to say the least. We barely slept due to it being almost 90 degrees in the home. The next day it was finally fixed and it was wonderful for the rest of the time.

Everything was great just needed more towels and wash clothes. Hard to accommodate 8 people staying with only 4 wash clothes and 4 towels. No pot holders when cooking but overall loved the place.

Plenty big but remember this is a rental and not someone’s home.
We had 6 of us in our party. The house is plenty big and the girls loved the pool and the water park. It isn’t over the top clean but it wasn’t disgusting either. The beds could be replaced so if you are debating bringing your own pillow you may want to. The house has everything you need and close to all the Disney parks. We had plenty of room to spread out and close to grocery stores and Walmart. Overall it was a good trip.

Very nice home and amenities. Home was not very clean. Dirty diaper was found in the bedroom. Women’s underwear found in the couch. There where no kitchen towels, washcloths, or pot holders. Great space and nice pool area. Beds were very worn and made loud crunching noises anytime you moved.

Perfect for families
We had 2 families, 11 total, with kids aged 6-15. We had the perfect bedroom and bathroom arrangement. We were able to use the laundry, kitchen, and pool to stay onsite most of our vacation which is exactly what we wanted. The location is perfect for day trips to everything as well as close (less than 5 miles) to grocery store and great restaurants. This is the perfect getaway and would definitely stay again!

Storey Resort
The property is very nice and in a gated community. However, be aware that the mini golf course in the resort is not free! This is not communicated in the house listing and should be! You will end up paying $8 for an adult and $5 for children. The resort pool/lazy river area fills up fast so you will need to go at 9 when they open to "claim" your chairs. By 10:00 you will not find any chairs or tables left. A few days the lifeguard did not show up so the slides stayed closed.

I enjoyed my stay. Me amd my family had lots of fun. The pool is extravagant, wifi is perfect. A vary peaceful neighborhood. I also enjoyed the club house vary nice people. This will be an experience me and my family will keep forever.

Check in was easy!
House was clean and very nice. We didn’t have major problems other than the down stairs shower just decided it didn’t want to turn off, they couldn’t get anyone out to fix it so we had to cut main water line off to the house and wait until next day. Luckily we were gone all day to my daughters dance competition, because when we arrived back around 5pm the guy was just leaving from fixing it!?
The comforter on the bed upstairs in master was gone. Had a note telling us that it was being cleaned and would be returned within 24 hours. Well we were there 11 days and never saw the comforter. Was finally told on day 7 it was destroyed and another was on order.
We had to keep the air unit turned down for it to even cool off the down stairs, but it kept it like an ice box up stairs and it was still pretty warm down stairs. Not sure why there is only one unit for that size of townhome.
The only other thing which was out of the owners hands, we arrived on a Sunday, went to the pool and the lazy river and slides were down. Said a pipped busted. But no one had any idea or seemed to be in any hurry to get it fixed. Mind you this was one of the reason we chose this resort was for the amenities! We only had one day to spend the whole day out there and that was on Monday. They finally had it fixed by Wed! Again out if their control but it was a bummer for sure! Oh and it closes at 9pm 🤔�
But all in all, the place was very convenient to everything. Great location!
We didn’t have any problems getting in the gates. The owners have Netflix that you can enjoy on your down time! My 3 kids loved the splash pool, it was perfect! The house was very spacious for our family of 9! I would def stay here again! Just hope we wouldn’t run into same issues! I would have given it a 5 star if there hadn’t been any issues!
