La cama y la ubicación

Se escucha todo había una excursión y no tuvieron el detalle de ponernos separados los niños como niños hacen ruido pero no pongas una habitación entremedia de gente adulta porque no descansan luego la tele no tiene ni mando si tienes frío o calor no dispones de nada y el baño muy deteriorado.

Quaint, old style, but if you don’t have the view it’s not good value.

Location. View of the harbour. Old world.

I was changed to a room without a view which was the reason I booked the hotel. It was too late to find an alternative.

Very good

Centrally located by the port and near to the beaches. Big bathroom. Good lounge area with bar and view of the port. Room was quiet. I'd stay there again.

There were three of us sharing a room and the third bed was small. Maybe it's too much to expect but an electric kettle would be appreciated. Heating was off, and there was no option to switch it on so there no was drying facility which would have been handy given the wet weather we endured that day.

Thank you for a brilliant stay!

Lovely, light and spacious room with gorgeous views of the harbour. Close to centre and idyllic beaches. Efficient staff always on hand. Highly recommended. Would definitely repeat.

Great small hotel.

Location, staff, views from rooms.

Could be a little noisy in the morning due to it's location but it's location is fabulous, just the price to pay. Paying for parking not stated when included in the booking.com search, parking is a 10 min walk from the actual hotel, again this down to the location. This is a comment of information for others ... not a critiscm of the hotel. I'd stay again !!

Excellent location for an overnight stop to explore Llanes.

View from the room out over the harbour - felt very much at the heart of the interesting town

Hotel's car parking some way away - not much they can do about it though!

Very good

incredible views of the town. comfortable and clean old-style hotel with good facilities and courteous staff.

paper-thin walls made it hard to sleep without earplugs. breakfast is very limited, go out to a cafe instead.

The location was amazing! right on the waterfront. Staff were really nice, the young girl at reception was very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of charming Llanes

The location is unbeatable as it is centrally located in the harbor close to shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach nearby

Lack of parking was a challenge. Breakfast offered in the morning could be part of the room charge and could include more options

Not recommended Hotel... Worst hotel staff. Avoid deal with them & don't stay in the hotel.

Location and view only from upper floor rooms are good.

Staff are very tough, rigid and not respecting people at all. Staff are not honest, and lying!!

Exceptional

This was a wonderful stay for us in beautiful llanes. Las rocas is perfectly positioned overlooking the marina within yards of an array of great restaurants, bars and cafes. Our room was very spacious with incredible views the bed was extremely comfortable everything was good. The staff were without exception kind and helpful and we felt very welcome. It was very good value for money and we feel strongly that the hotel is unfairly rated.on booking.com We would stay again without hesitation and highly recommend.

Good location in centre of vibrant seaside town

location is in the centre of Llanes so very easy walk to bars and restaurants . We traveled by motorbike and were offered free secure garage parking in the hotels garage about 250 meters away from hotel. (not large enough to take customers cars as it’s used for storage)

The location as well as being a positive also has a negative side if you want an early nights sleep. there was a bit of noise from the bar down the street but not too bad. The decor of the hotel and rooms is looking quite tired and could do with being refurbished but it was very clean and good value for money.
