Motel lungo l'autostrada

Motel per la sosta durante un lungo viaggio, comodo vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada, con parcheggio interno.

La comunicazione post prenotazione. Ho chiesto più volte se mi poteva venir confermata la riservazione del posto auto ma senza risposte. In previsione del self check in ho anche chiesto quale fosse il codice da inserire nel totem ma senza risposte. Fortunatamente all'arrivo c'era ancora del personale all'accoglienza che mi ha assistito.

I booked it a few hours before getting there for a cheap price compared to the rest of the hotels around. Apart from that, nothing else was good.

The toilet was broken, (I have fixed the flusher as it was continuously flushing wate). The reception did not send me the code to open the door, so I had to wait for some other customer to arrive and queue my car to the parking then discoving that the automatic checkin machine was broken and I had to go (it was raining) to the reception of the hotel in from (Campanile) to get the card to enter my room. The room is simply plastic, and it smells of humidity. I do not recommend this hotel for more than a quick night like in my case.

Good Stopover

Handy stopover..near the motorway. Basic room with shower and toilet. Comfortable bed. Clean. Simple but adequate breakfast. Available from 6.30am which suited us.

Not a great location for choice of an evening meal..we used the Campanile hotel next door which was fine. Noisy in the morning..but we had the window open. No kettle in room.

Broken Aircon, minuscule shower, door had to be slammed shut, broken light, drinks machine not working, sounds like gurgling drain all night, floors deadly slippy, slightly grubby .. . . Just awful 😞

Very friendly girl (Roxana) at the desk who helped us with the automated terminal to get your room card, and gave advise how to get our money back when this failed safe gated area to park your car

before 17:00 you get your key from an automated terminal. This terminal completed the transaction with my bank but failed to give the key. I understood from the hotel this happens sometimes, but they can't do anything about it. It took me a week to get my money back from the bank (but that's not the hotel to blaim). My advise: check in & pay at the reception !

They were unable to provide a room key card as system not working. We had to have reception let us in every time we wanted to go into our room. They had no drinking water that we could purchase. The above situation was unacceptable but we were too late arriving to be able to change hotels. Will never stay there again.

It's close to the airport. Good value for money.

The room was small and bathroom not nice at all. For just sleeping and leaving the next day, it was ok, but not for staying longer.

Disappointing

Staff at desk very pleasant and helpful.

Very very noisy, gang of teenagers charging around up and down the outside walk ways, went quite at 8 10,, then noisy again at 10 00 when they all came back. In fairness it could have gone on longer so I suppose we were lucky.
