Super friendly staff and a very nice atmosphere due to all the art in the house. Also the restaurant shouldn't be missed. It has very good food. Breakfast was also very good.
Airconditioning was not cooling and it might have been the warmest day of the year. But it was ok for one night.

Super friendly staff and the fact that they welcome pets. We highly recommend the restaurant as the food was Devine.

The room was large and comfortable for a family of 4. The room was very clean. The bed and the pillow was super comfortable. I had a very good sleep.
The bathroom can't be locked from inside. That was not convenient when you stay with others besides your partner. Was little pricy for Nussloch.

Dinner & breakfast were excellent
Room heating didn't seem to work

Very comfortable and clean room, well furnished and decorated. Had a very pleasant stay. Excellent food in the restaurant downstairs as well (we had dinner but didn't try breakfast, although that also looked good).

An extremely annoying noise from the restaurant throughout the entire night :( :(

The rooms were well appointed (air conditioning!), and the beds comfortable. Staff friendly and cleaned rooms beautifully. Breakfast was ample and delicious. The rolls were freshly baked and wonderful. Eggs on offer if we wanted them. We were befriended by the hotel’s charming cat, Billie. We hosted a larger family dinner one of the evenings, and the staff couldn’t have made everyone feel more welcome. The menu was inventive, using local sources, and rivaled far more expensive restaurants nearby and in Heidelberg. I will recommend the restaurant as a destination in and of itself. We will come back to stay at the Felderbock whenever we are visiting Heidelberg/Nussloch. Thanks so very much.
The shower stalls could be a little larger, but understand that the size is constrained by the bathroom footprint. The wine list at the restaurant is wonderful, but might include more local wines, many of which are now excellent.

What a charming and surprising little hotel just outside Heidelberg, Germany. The price sold us, but the facilities genuinely surprised us. The hotel was clean and recently updated. It's clear the staff and owners take pride in their facility. The beds were comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised by the air conditioning... especially with the summer heatwave! Location was fantastic with lovely walking trails and green space just a few hundred meters away and a short walk to the center of town. We had breakfast and dinner in hotel restaurant, and both were wonderful. Nice hotel. Great price. Excellent location that's just a short drive from Heidelberg or the autobahn if you want to explore the Rhein-Neckar region. Would definitely stay again.
Pillows were a bit hard, but the bed was comfortable. Really that's it... we loved our stay.

Staff were really friendly. If you choose to eat there, they have a lovely restaurant (I didn't eat there, but passed through and it looked really nice). The interiors are peaceful, you don't hear any noise from outside. The rooms are spacious. I used it as a base for ironman 70.3 in Bad Schönborn, and it was an ideal spot, not too far away, but enough to get away from the crowds. Note there is a really nice small supermarket to the left of the hotel, selling turkish/German branded foods, fresh fruit and vegetables, and a deli/bakery station.
Note that they don't have a lift, if you have heavy luggage to carry (however, they have a lovely decorative wide staircase, so I liked & a lift may have spoiled some other element of the building to accommodate one).

Very comfy bed and clean sheets. There is a very convenient Nespresso machine in the room.
There is no water in the room (and no where to get it from).

Clean and tidy functional rooms
Good 🛏, and quiet neighbourhood.
Not friendly staff. The manger told me my booking is cancelled without even checking. Not expected! Internet was not working properly from the room.i paid additional for the Queen bed but he gave me a double bed which I had to argue to change. In general it needs some adjustment on service.

Didn't order breakfast. Location very close to Heidelberg, no street noise and easy to find.
Number of parking places around hotel is limited.

Clean and simple.
Small room, no fridge, no ice.
Room description said there is AC but that was a lie.

It was a very good experience. Very nice and helpful stuff, very clean, big breakfast for a very good price (although needs to be pre-booked at the moment). We were pleasantly surprised that there was full room service every other day, given the COVID-19 situation.
The opening hours of the restaurant are very limited. In 6 days, we never made it in time to have a dinner or even a drink there. The location is ok, if the have a car. It's about 15 min drive from Heidelberg's city centre.
