An amazing place and great location just a 20 minute walk into the centre

I liked that it wasn’t too big , lovely and clean everywhere. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.. the food was also excellent

Really lovely and just want we needed

The staff were wonderful, couldn’t do more to help, really friendly as well. The room was amazing, really nice and big, comfortable bed, lovely balcony, very clean as well. Really really nice. The pool and bar was really relaxing and lovely to spend time around.

The breakfast could have been better as the Oat milk was a little questionable but plenty of choice and other things I could go for and did. No issues here

Fabulous hotel.

lovely hotel furnished to a great standard. staff were always very friendly and the food was lovely at breakfast and also at the restaurant at dinner and lunch. Pool was fab and could always get a sun lounger.

Fabulous hotel and lovely staff, a hidden gem of Sorrento!

Stunning property, great location just a short walk into the centre of Sorrento. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, and the pizza night on Saturday was fabulous in the garden!

There was nothing we didn’t like, the only thing is it’s a 20-25 minute walk into town but we really enjoyed the stroll each night and it was not a problem/we preferred to be away from the hustle and bustle.

Fabulous hotel and stay

Felt modern and clean, great value for money, not in the centre of town but still walkable into Sorrento. Staff were so friendly and helpful, pool area is great.

Very clean, friendly, and cosy well-positioned Hotel.

Very helpful staff, very relaxed atmosphere, small but very compact excellent pool with eating area and bar all very close made it very easy to spend time round the pool. Definitely stay here again for two or three nights.

Family run , close to all attractions in Sorrento and Sant aggello. Staff lovely and friendly

Breakfast was a good selection, that had a hot element each day. served until 10am which was great for us.

Family run, Welcoming staff and fantastic Lemon Spritz!

Travelled to Sorrento for a friend's wedding and stayed at Hotel Florida. Staff and hotel were fantastic. Front of house could not have been more helpful. Even organising us taxi's to and from the airport last minute and down the coast at an affordable price. A wonderful hotel which is clearly family fun and adored by both guests and staff.

Will be returning - excellent value for money

Great location - close but not too close to the hustle and bustle of Sorrento centre - no need for taxis, only a 15minute walk but quiet at night for well earned rest Friendly, local staff who clearly care about their work/the hotel and great value for money at the bar and in the restaurant

Very good

We stayed at Hotel Florida for a friends wedding and it was fabulous! The views from our room were stunning, staff very friendly and food overall was very nice. We would definitely go back!

Lovely stay just outside of Sorrento

Short walk to a lovely viewpoint nearby with a couple of bars. Around 20 minute walk into Sorrento itself, which was fine for us as we wanted somewhere with free parking included. Rooms are basic but clean, and the shower was good. Staff were helpful with what to do nearby. We did a day trip to Pompeii, its around 15-20 minutes walk to train station, and the train itself takes about 40 minutes to get to Pompeii.

No cups in the room, would have been useful even to have a couple of paper cups as there was a fridge for drinks. No safe in our room.

Pleasant enough stay as was here for a wedding. Disappointing bed quality so not great sleep.

Great location for us. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms clean.

Very poor sound proofing. Could hear alarm clocks, toilets and showers from other rooms. Noisy door banging. Beds not comfy. Hard pillows.

Good for few days

Pleasant staff, nice pool, lounge chairs, yard with lemon trees, clean room with balcony. Quite area. Not very far from Sant Angelo train station. Parking available.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Air conditioner was unable to regulate and was too cold. Poor breakfast, every morning the same cheese, ham and some cakes.

Lovely and welcoming

It was just a nice relaxing time away and exploring the area.

It would have been nice to have more than one small bin in the family room we were in knowing that we had a very young baby.
