Très bon séjour à Otranto dans cet hôtel très bien placé avec un personnel très aimable

L’emplacement de l’hôtel devant la mer, la proximité du centre historique, le rapport qualité prix, l’amabilité du personnel, le bon petit déjeuner , l’hôtel rénové récemment, la balade du soir dans le centre historique

Le lit était un peu ferme pour notre goût

Superb

Good location - walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Even a laundromat across the street. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful breakfast. Pleasant & helpful staff.

The employees were great, very helpful with my difficulty getting train reservations via the train website. Breakfast was good with excellent pastries. The AC was out in our room due to a technical problem the first night. It was repaired by the following night. A would love to return, very affordable for the location, breakfast and room.

Good location overlooking the beach road and beach, also 5 minutes walk from the old-city Excellent breakfast I selected a room with a balcony, which was a good choice for me

Breakfast was good

I dont know why but there is a strange smell in all of the hotel. Maybe a cleanser they use. The personal threw me out at 10:01, when breakfast time was over. They didnt want to start cleaning uo the buffet with me finishing breakfast at my table. The rooms arent very cosy and quite old school.

Our room with the Balcony was amazing looking over the water . Breakfast was lovely and the staff so helpful 🤗

May be just one Eng TV show would have been great . All in Italian 🙁

Very good accommodation - would definitely recommend.

The staff were fabulous - very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Good location, good wi-fi. Great breakfast which was included. Would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful wish we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic location right by the water. Lots of restaurants near by as well as a small grocery and self service laundromat. Our room was quiet and had a refrigerator. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Great value.

I would have liked a room with a view. We faced out to the front versus the ocean.

Helpful staff

We especially liked the service of the person responsible for breakfast (Doris) who always treated us with great care, patience and attention to detail. As for the room service, our room was always neat and smelling nice.

Great location, nice hotel but bad breakfast

Great location

Bad breakfast, they say they can't offer any salty breakfast because, otherwise, everybody would ask for it. For the hotel prices and touristic location, it sounds unfair and the justification unreasonable. To carefully check, prior making the reservation, what exactly they mean when they state "Good breakfast".

The staff are very accommodating and nice, the location is very good.

The walls were too thing so you could hear everything, we woke up around 7 each morning due to the noise next door and in the corridor.

Location is very convenient at few hundred meters from the old city center and just few steps from the small city beaches

Noisy+hard beds+awfull breakfast+gready owner The hotel is very noisy, we could hear every person walking on the corridor, closing a door, or walking in other rooms. Breakfast is a disgrace. I am not a person who needs big breakfast and I am ok in almost any hotel but this one offers only bread and cakes of bad supermarket quality, only 1 choice of fruit per day, sometimes from a can, really awful. Beds are stone hard. The 1st night stay was so bad that we decided to stay 3 of the original 5 booked nights. Though we communicated our decision the 1st morning of our stay, the hotel was very greedy and forced us to pay 4 nights, instead of 3, blaming at Booking.com for not being able to discount the 2 nights we were not going to stay.
