La ubicación al lado de laplaya

Sucio el suelo de las habitaciones lleno pelos, hubo q ir a recoger las llaves y dejarlas a un hotel a 10 minutos en coche ,no admiten dejarlas dentro del apartamento, apartamento muy viejo bañera oxidada ,baldosines rotos en las habitaciones, no hay mantas, una escalera de caracol para subir arriba q no caben las maletas, se aparcar regular y eso q no es temporada alta. Muy caro para lo q es .

Property was ideal location right on beach . Although quite away from reception which is in the hotel over a mile and half away .

We didn’t stay in the property due to the fact it was full of cockroaches.

My stay at Jessica Beach, Mil Palmeras

Unbeatable location, excellent response by maintenance and cleaning staff when needed. Bars, restaurants and supermarket all really close by but being frontline on the beach was superb.

Accommodation is basic and in need of modernisation. No WiFi or International TV is also a problem for non Spanish visitors. TV was also very old and small

Location was amazing

The house needs updating a lot. It's been 10 years since since we stayed in same houses and it hasn't been updated at all. Needs painted , proper cleaning, there wasn't even a kettle to make a coffee or a ironing board. A lot needs improving for £2000. A lot of cocroaches as well. Needs some sort of fans as was stiffling hot at 33°.

Staircase Spiral not good.toilet and bathroom extremely compact. No one told us we had to go to hotelpalmeras to get the keys to the property,even when i rang them to know what time we would be arriving .Booking . Com did not let us know.. Not Happy.

Great location. Tired Rental

It’s in a great location. First line sea view right by the beach close to bars and restaurants in Mil Palmeras which is a great location. Two bed so comfortably sleeps four. Waking up to the morning sunrise was lovely.

Tired property, in need of refurbishment. Beds are old and uncomfortable, furniture is sparse and again, dated and not comfortable. Not much in the way of household facilities ie no kettle, little cutlery, mugs, glasses etc. What is there is cheap and dated Needs attention to upgrade it, and no WiFi, though not essential for some, should really be included this day and age. No aircon or ceiling fans in any of the rooms. Could also do with having a toldos (sun shade) for the front as it gets uncomfortably hot.

moderate and ok for the money if you can deal with the attitude problem of some people

nice and close to beach and lots of restaurants

you had to go half a mile up the road to get the keys and drop them off, one of the staff member maybe even the hotel owner very rude slating me for using the hotel toilet where you collect and drop off keys whilst waiting on a late transfer back to the airport. washing machine did not work and no kettle . the bloke carried on shouting in Spanish despite me saying I don’t speak Spanish I would have returned but due to this behaviour I will never be going back to the palma beach hotel or Jessica beach apartments.

Very disappointing

Amazing location but no other plus points

Appalling apartment. When we walked in there was dust and dead insects on the floor including one huge dead cockroach. No wi-fi. Most furniture and equipment needs replacing. No kettle or toaster until we requested them.

The location was ok

Well for 60€ this is well over priced, there are several of these properties that are owned by a hotel, they seem very reluctant to invest in the apartments.....it’s like stepping back into the 70’s I’m not normally a person that complains but I feel this company really need to do something about there investments. The pictures on booking.com are not a real reflection of what you’re getting....no curtains, bed like a board, bathroom in need of some serious updating and the kitchen isn’t fully equipped as stated and needs a dam good clean. One last thing don’t think you will be eating breakfast on the balcony in the morning looking at the see as I was hoping.....it’s only 700mm wide lol
