Joli Palais mais rapport qualité prix à revoir

La chambre était bien et la piscine très agréable. Le Palais est très beau.

Nous avons été choqués par les prix exorbitants des consommations au sein de l'hôtel : 6 euros la bouteille d'eau, 6 euros le Coca, 15 euros la salade d'endive en entrée... Egalement peu de choix au petit déjeuner, c'est dommage, même si ce qui a été servi était bon. Le palais est également en sous effectif pour un hôtel étoilé, même si les gens présents étaient très agréable, mais tout demande beaucoup d'attente.

Très bel endroit au coeur d'un jardin bien agreable et apaisant

Cadre (tres grand jardin calme et apaisant), tranquilité du lieu (loin de effervescence du centre de Marrakech). Tres belle grande terrasse en bord de piscine, tres agreable pour les petit-dejeuners et diners.

Travaux de "finition" / "entretien leger" ne seraient pas un luxe sur les batiments & equipements. Rien de majeur mais qui entache la qualité globale du lieu c'est dommage (portes/poignees dures ou grinçantes, boutons de chasse d'eau vieux et ne tenant plus au mur correctement..etc). Nous avons ete placés dans 2 suites proches d'une zone de constrcution (3m de distance) alors que le resort n'etait pas complet et donc d'autres suites plus tranquilles devaient etre disponibles. Par chance nos activités en journee hors de l'hotel nous ont eloignés donc moins d'impact mais les quelques jours passés sur place ont été bercés par disqueuse, coups de marteau et discussions animees des travailleurs...il nous a fallut nous plaindre plusieurs fois avant que ces travaux ne soient stoppés). Dommage

Magnifique

La beauté des lieux, la piscine, confort des bed a la piscine, le calme, la chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, salle de bain magnifique, le restaurant et petit déjeuner tres bon, le personnel un grand merci à salaedine le serveur, nous avions une chambre qui ne convenait pas ils ont répondu à notre demande immédiatement

Le petit déjeuner un peu long, le restaurant cher, mocktails peu de choix, un peu loin du centre ( 25 min en voiture), piscine ouverte en pass day

Incroyable

Le Palais Mehdi est un véritable havre de paix. Le personnel de l'hôtel est exceptionnel, toujours attentif et chaleureux, rendant chaque séjour mémorable. L'atmosphère calme et sereine qui règne dans cet établissement est parfaite pour se ressourcer et profiter pleinement de son séjour. Je recommande vivement le Palais Mehdi pour une expérience inoubliable à Marrakech.

Just beautiful, the room, the outdoors, the pool et. It was lovely.

Loved our stay here. It’s family friendly and the staff are all very lovely. My daughter had the best time here.

Only thing I didn’t like was the cats, you can’t eat your food peacefully without them surrounding you. I found that very uncomfortable. As you don’t want to be eating your food and getting jumped on by stray cats.

A peaceful stay

we loved our stay at palais mehdi, Sofia and her team were great and the hotel grounds were so beautiful and peaceful! The team helped us book Desert excursions which were really fun too. Only a short 15 min taxi ride from the Medina meant you had the best of both worlds. Breakfast was cooked to order every morning too! We will 100% be returning

Great palace with minor misshapes

The art work on dispay and the decorations are amazing. Also the pool and set up are great.

The breakfast and room service closing too early. Housekeeping not refilling missing basic items such as soap.

Exceptional hospitality in a calm and relaxing hotel

This hotel was on the outskirts of the town centre. We were in two minds as we originally wanted to stay at a Riad in the medina. However after visiting the medina - while we enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the place - we were relieved to be back in our hotel. The staff were excellent. We left very early on the last day and they made us breakfast at 0700 hrs to ensure we ate before we left. Exceptional service.

No water in the rooms - complimentary water only on day 1. But other than for this - nothing that we did not like.

Wonderful environment which was let down by poor maintenance and loud music at the poolside.

Friendly staff. Wonderful swimming pool and the food was delicious.

There was loud dance music playing all afternoon at the swimming pool. I did ask to have it turned down but was given the excuse that it was 'on loop'. The gym was in poor condition. A lot of the machines where not working and hadn't been serviced in a very long time. The room was dark and as we we're only there for two nights decided not to ask for another room. The shower in the room was dangerously hot and the shower head was extremely high pressure, which was hard to manage.

overall I thought the stay was good, beautiful scenery very good customer service overall I rate it 8/10

There was good customer service, staff were very helpful strong hygiene but the meals/food were very expensive I think that could improve.

The only think I felt that could improve was the variety of breakfast, I felt we ate the same breakfast everyday. The pricing of the meals/ drinks was very expensive e.g toothpaste was €10

A hotel in a beautiful palace, with lovey gardens and super friendly staff, wonderful.

The gardens are beautiful and our rooms looked out on the gardens which makes it a lovely place to sit and read, or enjoy early evening drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Each morning they suggested great activities for us and took care of arranging all the details. They managed to book us into fantastic restaurants each evening and provide private transport there and back. They made us feel very special.

The gym was very basic and could do with a refurbishment.
