niks. het begon verkeerd en deze mensen zijn zo stug . ik denk dat ze onder hele grote druk staan want ze zijn zo star. ze schieten direct in de stress.

alles! vooral de mensen van bureau en achter de incheck balie. ook toen we voor het ontbijt niet het juiste kruisje hadden aangevinkt. werd er gewoon verteld er is geen plaats voor u we zitten vol. er zaten maar 8 mensen te ontbijten.

Excellent food, great everything.

Excellent buffett dinner as well as breakfast, a lot of home-made items of above average quality. Outside pool was refreshing and comfy even in 15°C, staff very friendly and helpful. Loved it.

Perfekter Kurztripp

Wir hatten HP+ gebucht und waren mit dem Essen sehr zufrieden. Es war ausreichend und für jeden etwas dabei. Zimmer war gut.

Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir werden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, man konnte sich auch Waffeln backen. Zimmer war geräumig und Bad großzügig gestaltet. Lage etwas außerhalb, direkt am Hang mit tollem Blick ins Tal. Fußläufig 5 min bis ins Zentrum - der Rückweg ist etwas beschwerlich, da bergauf.

Der Saunabereich ist auch für Anwohner nutzbar (finde ich super - wird dadurch besser ausgenutzt), leider wird sich aber lautstark unterhalten, über nicht stattgefundene Knie-OP am 13.12. etc. Es wurde das Fenster im Duschbereich weit aufgerissen, obwohl man sich gerade nass und nackt davor aufhielt. Der ältere Herr hätte auch vor die Tür gehen können, da war noch mehr frische Luft.

Lovely location, wonderful view. Good value for money.

Rooms are medium quality, pool is not really kid friendly (you get many dirty looks from the old people who frequent the pools). They should designate one of their two pools for families.

Back in the GDR.

The pool is nice but small. The view is amazing. Really. Amazing.

The staff does not utter more words than “uh?” unless pressed. As this is the former GDR, everyone works according to plans and schedules, that of course all fail. Be prepared to receive a pass and don’t forget to schedule your dinner and breakfast. And don’t choose your own table: there will be one assigned to you. In my case, table 28, but it took some time before I understood that “eight twenty, eight twenty” didn’t mean I should have been 10 minutes early for my scheduled breakfast or that I had to pay €8,20. Most other tables were and remained empty, of course. I would return for the view, and maybe the pool. Off-season. Oh, and breakfast: meh.

Facilities like the pool or the sauna. Liked the support for the bike marathon guests like bike storage, extra shower possibilites, bike wash.

Nice rooms, but overpriced considering the above.

Location was good.

The food was substandard. Items were served cold. Quality was that of local supermarket frozen foods. It wasn’t worth half of the 25€ which it cost. A normal quality control team would fire the staff over such a culinary affront.

Lovely place to stay while in Seiffen.

Great buffet breakfast, well run hotel with friendly staff. Parking at site for a small fee. Cocktails available in the evening.

Slight walking distance from main shopping street - but we knew this already when we booked! Definitely could upgrade to thicker/larger towels.

Excellent facilities in a quiet location.

Quiet location. Comfortable room. great buffet breakfast and dinner (for small cost). pool and sauna.

Road work outside property started at 7am.

Superb

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The room and bathroom were both good sized and very clean, super comfy bed. Great location for shopping in downtown Seiffen. Staff was very nice and helpful with everything. Nice to have a restaurant in the hotel, dinner and breakfast were both buffet style with lots of options.

We couldn't get a good wifi signal in our room unless we stood by the doorway with the door open.

We will definitely return! Loved it!

The staff were excellent, the breakfast was marvelous, and the view from our hotel window was breathtaking.

Room fans and window screens would have been helpful as the room was a bit warm at night. Also blackout curtains would have been wonderful.

Very good

The hotel staff made their best efforts to handle the opening of the hotel after the lockdown. Beautiful views over the surrounding mountains. The room was nice size and comfortable.

Sadly in the current times the breakfast options were limited. The wellness area is closed but the prices haven't dropped so you're not getting the same value for your money compared to normal circumstances. All this is out of hotel's control to an extent of course.

Great location, lovely breakfast and comfortable room. What made this hotel amazing was the staff. So friendly and helpful. Hopefully I can visit again soon.
