Bon séjour dans l’ensemble

La propreté,l’emplacement incroyablement pratique pour visiter la ville

Les chambres trop petite , je demandée de changer de chambre à notre arrivée tellement elle a été petite et la deuxième n’était guère mieux Le petit déjeuner est répété tout les jours la même chose très simple et pas grand chose À manger

Buena ubicación !! Atención del personal excelente ( recepción , los de la sala del desayuno , las personas encargadas del parking.. ) desayuno correcto . Parking en el propio hotel !

Don't waste your money in this hotel.

Breakfast was ok

I would like to give 0 star if I can. We booked 2 rooms In Room A, the lights are so dim, can't even read a book or work on my laptop computer. In Room B, the Air con is not working. We set it to 18C, the room is not cool at all. Front desk came upstairs, set it to 23C, claims it's working and ask us to wait for 10 mins. Of course it's not. Called front desk again, another staff came, blame us it's not cooling because we set it to 23C. He set it to 18C and says it works. We asked them to change to a different room, they refused. We asked them to provide a fan, they had none. What a joke. It was an very unpleasant sweating night. The Wifi is constantly disconnecting, and really slow, like only 100kb/s when I was trying to download an attachment from my gmail. Can't even watch youtube. I paid extra and booked a double bed room. Turned out their double bed are 2 single beds. When I sleep in the middle, I can feel the edges and unbalance of 2 single beds. Their curtains do not block sunlight. My room faces the East and it is as bright as outdoor when the sun rise.

An overrated place

Good location to visit Izmir. You can park the car in the same hotel and it will be kept and guarded

We booked (and paid) a quadruple room, and they gave us a triple one. The only solution that they gave tu us was and uncomfortable folding bed to be placed in the middle of the room. When we had breakfast at 10a.m. many of the food was already finished, and they didn't offer more, many people came after us (breakfast finished at 11h!) and they found such a poor breakfast. I can't understand how people rate this hotel with 5 stars. It could have been a good option if the price was the half... This hotel is decidedly overrated.

It was ok for one night but I will definitely not come back

The position and private parking. Also we liked the small turtles in the garden.

We booked the room for 4 people but the room was for 3 people and they had put a small bed to make it for four people and because of that the space was reduced and we could hardly open the closet. Also the light in the room was very dim and dark.

Not for family. Ok for short stay by adults.

Ok overall, if travelling alone or in couples.Has own parking, and garden..

Exceptional

The free parking in their large private parking lot is fantastic!!! The area is pretty tight for cars, so to have a nice big parking lot as part of your hotel is a lifesaver. The hotel is also located very close to an incredible locals' area where there are many restaurants, shops, and markets.

Miss Bushra at reception was very good, she served very well. I requested the late check out which the hotel accepted. Really appreciate. Great hotel, fantastic facilities. Mr Najat the manager was a good guy.

The Internet was intermittent. Some desk staff spoke only Turkish, Google translate helped with this when Internet was running, problems otherwise.

Amazing hotel for its price

I like how it's near many shops and near a lot of things to do in Izmir. The staff were friendly and the cleaners always offered to clean our room if we wanted to. The breakfast has a variety of food too.

Good central hotel

Friendly and helpful staff, beds were comfortable and room was clean. Location was good, next to the train station and quite close to ancient agora and bazar, about 20 minutes to the shore with many bars and restaurants. We read in some reviews that the area was a bit dodgy, but we didn't feel it that way

Great hotel!

We are really surprise the hotel hospitality. The room was sunny, brightness, big and very clean. The location is little bit scary, as its close to place when all emigrants are cumulate, but we didn't have any trouble and I have been there with child. We went to local shops and talk with people without any problems. Just 2 min behind the hotel, is the Police station and we feel even more secure. The Mosque was front of the hotel and we do not have problem when wake up Us at 5am :). Staff duper helpful, smiling and kind (event when they speak little in English). Highly recommend. Great hotel and not price!
