Meravigliosa esperienza

La posizione è centralissima ed è facilmente raggiungibile. L’ambiente è elegante e raffinato. Le stanze spaziose e pulitissime. Il riposo è assicurato in un ambiente silenzioso e climatizzato. La colazione dolce e salata è ricca e abbondante. Il servizio impeccabile e l'ospitalità del personale hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla premura dello staff . Ciò che è più lodevole è che numerose richieste sono state accolte con gentilezza e sollecitudine . Il nostro unico rammarico è stato solo di non poter rimanere più a lungo!

Meraviglioso

Tutto Hotel bellissimo nel centro storico di Assisi, la camera meravigliosa molto pulita accogliente, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, la colazione varia abbondante tutto molto buono. Io e mio marito siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti . Assisi molto bella torneremo.

Letto non comodo e con un asse rotto. Bagno con vasca. Piccolo inconveniente con le donne delle pulizie che nel rifare la stanza avevano tolto un paio di guanti e borraccia pensando non fossero nostri.

Hotel in pieno centro, bello, pulitissimo, personale gentile e disponibile. Deliziosa osteria adiacente dove cenare e provare prodotti di ottima qualità

Materasso del letto scomodo, troppo rigido e l'impossibilità di gestire il riscaldamento (finestra aperta, troppo caldo)

Lovely, would stay here again.

Great location in the heart of Assisi. Top floor newly renovated room with lovely view over the rooftops. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Minor maintenance issues with electronics system malfunctioning, side lamp flickering and tv difficult to navigate.

Exceptional

Loved the location right in the main square of the town located near all the shops, restaurants, and churches. The room was wonderful, spacious, and clean. The AC worked very well, it was the first time I actually felt cold indoors in Italy. The bathroom was modern and very spacious. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Showed us to our room and explained how to work things.

We loved this property. Just note there’s a few steps to get to your room, & we were one of the first rooms, and we could not figure out how to work the overhead shower head just the hand held one.

The decor was gracious.

This hotel is just off the piazza, very centrally located. My first room was spacious, with excellent lighting for reading in bed. My second was cramped with poor lighting for reading in bed. The staff was very professional.

Fabulous stay! The location is wonderful, the room was lovely, and the staff was even better! They were accommodating with our check out time so we could attend mass. The breakfast was a wonderful touch. We highly recommend!

Lovely property in the heat of Assisi with access to sights and restaurants - and great staff!

The staff is wonderful! I was able to check in early. The room was good sized and had windows and shutters I could open to watch the piazza! Good location. Lovely lobby.

The mattress was not great, it was two twins put on a double frame (not uncommon in Italy). The bathroom was too narrow (long enough but not wide enough).

Good Location. Good Breakfast.

No wifi on the 3rd floor. One side of bed is sagging. Stuck up sink. No aircon. Small bathroom. Shower door dislodged from hinge. In general, poor maintenance

Wonderful and will definitely be going back.

Location is excellent, as is breakfast and the room very comfortable , cleaned daily and tidied up

Nothing could have been better, everything was wonderful with a very special staff who go out of their way to help you in any way they can !!!

Best hotel in Assisi

This hotel is in the perfect position just off the main square in Assisi. The staff were all lovely and there was a huge choice of food at breakfast .

The air con in my room was useless

A FANTASTIC HOTEL ON FLAT GROUND IN ASSISI.

A FANTASTIC hotel on FLAT ground in central Assisi . As Assisi is very hilly and I have some knee problems, this hotel was a Godsend to me. The staff were amazing , the room was very comfortable with 2 big windows overlooking the beautiful street and a lovely shower room. It is very near to Porta Nuova from where you can catch a bus (no hills). There are restaurants, cafes, shops etc. Without any doubt we will definitely book this hotel again when we visit Assisi in the near future. Well done! ❤️

Excellent rooms, very quiet, great location. I will definitely stay there again. Great staff.

Excellent staff, very helpful. Location was wonderful (not on a hill) easy to walk to. Easy to find. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby. Quiet and very clean room. Breakfast was OK. Will definitely stay there again.

I was not comfortable leaving my key at the front desk every time I left the room. It was visible to anyone walking into the hotel. They did say that someone was always at the desk watching the keys.
