Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Ottima posizione, vicino al mare e adiacente a diversi servizi (ristoranti, bar, supermarket) facile parcheggio, struttura molto pulita. Appartamento accogliente e dotato di tutto quello che serve. Piscina riscaldata con solarium molto carino, bar, palestra e sala conferenze. Personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile, reception h24, un plauso particolare al sig. Crespo, molto professionale e simpaticissimo.

Brilliant hotel, ideal location, great staff

The hotel was brilliant, we couldn’t have asked for more. The room was clean and spacious, staff were lovely and really welcoming. The only slight negative was how hot the room was at night. We stayed in an apartment on level 2 which didn’t have air-con (they did provide a fan). The room was so warm and no matter what we did, we couldn’t cool the room down. We kept the balcony doors open most nights. The hotel is in a really busy area so I don’t think you could do this safely on the lower levels.

This is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Los cristianos.

Perfect location, wonderful pool and facilities, room cleaned every day, all staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly 😁

Great apt in fab location

Staff were excellent, really clean and great location for beach front walk. We travelled as a family of 4 adults the 2 bedroom apt gave us lots of room. Great value for money.

I would return, however would ask for a property at the back. The noise from the bars were not an issue it was the during the night daily bin uplift that woke us.

Great hotel good value for money we enjoyed our stay!

Location of hotel was good! Pool was nice but limited space for number of sun-beds. Happy hour at the bar 3 to 5pm to 6pm would work better if you had been out for the day!

Our room was okay& cleaned daily which was great! The room could do with a bit more storage especially some drawers & more hangers in the wardrobe. Our room was a ground floor apartment which was what we requested but it was a little noisy due to the 2 bars opersite playing loud music till 12pm .Alot of road noise from loud exhausts on sports cars late at night!

A very nice hotel, in a good location that was reasonably priced considering the facilities.

The Hotel staff were firendly and accomodating. The pool, bar and solarium were all bright and clean as was the main reception area. Rooms frequently cleaned and bedding / towls changed regularly.

The hotel bar closing at around 8pm was the only down side. Kitchen area / lounge area in our 2 bedroom apartment was a little on the small size however was still workable.

Lovely for a weeks break in January….

Good location …..well equipped…very clean….excellent staff!!…..supermarket and lots of bars/restaurants within 2 min walk so didn’t have to go to promenade all the time and great rooftop bar and pool….

No extractor and no bidet in bathroom …..no air conditioning so be unbelievably hot in summer….small balcony with limited view…luckily we not overlooking road and bars that other guests said was very noisy…limited sun beds at pool as fairly small….

Not far to the beach , bars, and restaurants . Roof top pool . Roof top bar brilliant to watch sunsets . Room cleaned every day with fresh towels . Pool assistant issues towels for your stay .

Hotel clean and staff welcoming and helpful. Good facilities and value for money.

Location of my apartment. Exterior doors of apartments facing the road all dragged on floor so we're very noisy and disturbing. Bars opposite very loud.

it was lovely and clean everywhere, the staff were exceptionally friendly the pool area was lovely and the lifeguard was very helpful and friendly

the bars opposite had music until 12pm but still kept us awake after midnight with lots of noise which was a shame as the hotel is lovely

Good complex in a good location. 5min walk to the coast Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Good small hotel gym Pool area is nice with avout 25 Loungers Room was well equipped with a good kitchenette, couch, tv and balcony.

Rooms that face the road can be loud with some bars opposite doing karaoke till midnight most nights. Be sure to request a room at the back. No air conditioning wasn't a problem in December but might be worth considering in summer.

Gr8 hotel terrible location opposite noisy pub

Gr8 apartment superb rooftop pool and downstairs gym.

There is a pub opposite run by Scottish owners called the Clansman, apparently, a celtic supporters pub that belts out music so loud you can hear it from miles away until 2am every night, how do the neighbours and hotel put up with it I do not know, it certainly spoils the hotel as you have to close all windows and doors to get some sleep.

We enjoyed our stay the hotel is lovely BUT the noise

The location is very good, not far to walk to the bus station, shops and beach

The location of our room was the nearest to the bars across the road. It is very rowdy but does end at midnight. On our previous stay we were at the back of the hotel and had a balcony.This was a last minute booking

A great stay that i’d definitely recommend

We had a great stay; the staff were very friendly, the whole place was extremely clean and the apartment was very spacious. We would definitely stay here again. We would recommend the restaurant below the apartments (Avenguard - paella was amazing), a local tapas restaurant (Taberna Vasca Txupinazo - very good value for money) and ice cream shop (Gelato del Mercator).

Sometimes a little difficult to get a sun bed at the pool in the sun but this didn’t happen often.

Lovely!

It was a lovely space which catered to what we needed. The balcony was spacious. Was lovely to have breakfast out on it in the morning sun! Would come back as the location was great with a short walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. The pool and bar on the roof were lovely.

The only negative I would say is that we were facing onto two bars which played live music each night and it was loud. It thankfully stopped at 12, but had to use ear plugs to block the sound out if we went to bed before then. It is not the hotel's fault though! Not much they can do about it. I am sure if it had been a bigger issue I could have asked to change apartments if there had been availability.
