O Hotel é bonito , a recepção é ótima, meu atendente, tudo que eu precisei ele resolveu. Os garçons precisam de mais treino.

Falta luz ou melhor mais iluminação para a mulher se maquiar etc. puseram o espelho de almento bem baixo , não da para usar . Falta o olhar de uma mulher vaidosa e prática na decoração.

Diante de eventos o hóspede fica secundarizado na hora das refeições . A carta de vinhos está desatualizada e demoram a refeição quase toda para dizer que não tem determinado vinho.

It's great hotel to stay in, right beside the Brazilian White House, and I enjoyed my stay.

The room was excellent, right next to the Brazilian equivalent of the White House - we walked there in ten minutes to see it. Our room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very helpful. The restaurant was ok and the English Pub was great - when it was open. The sheets and the covers on the beds were wonderful. The pool was very clean and well attended by the staff, getting a poolside drink wasn't a problem during the day, in the evening it was somewhat more difficult.

Honestly, the hours when the pub, the restaurant and the pool bar were open weren't great, they were actually quite restrictive. For example, the English Pub was only open between 8pm and 11pm, and the pool closed at 7pm. The restaurant was only open for one hour for breakfast based on your room and it wasn't always open for lunch. There were days that the pub wasn't open at all, so eating without room service wasn't so easy at certain times. Still, I say that this hotel, the Royal Tulip is one of the best hotels in Brazil and it is well worth a visit.

Ar condicionado sem controle remoto e fixo na parede, longe da cama. Algas na piscina também em função do piso poroso. Preço elevado do restaurante. Cobraça prévia de caução. Cobrança do estacionamento.

O hotel é fantástico, vamos pelo menos 1 vez por ano e o padrão nunca muda. Cordialidade dos funcionários, quartos amplos, piscina grande e aquecida, ótimo café da manhã.

Tamanho da cama, do quarto e a localização.

Do barulho do ar condicionado. Bem barulhento do meu quarto. E o cheiro de cigarro. Quando abria a janela do quartos vizinhos vinha muita fumaça.

Pra quem deseja Conforto e descanso é um hotel excelente amei o lugar.

Quartos amplos, chuveiro e banheira muito bom, café da manhã com muitas opções e área de piscina excelente bem limpa.

Atendimento do garçom na área de piscina e do café, mal educado, falta de preparo e treinamento para atender os clientes, não aconteceu só comigo, mas vi pessoas reclamando do atendimento.

Pequenos incidentes, quando frequentes, aborrecem grande

Gostei do apartamento, da piscina, do café da manhã e do pub Old Barr.

A sauna estava fria durante o período de funcionamento e suas instalações estão precárias, muito piores do que há um ano. O funcionário da recepção não me deu uma pulseira necessária ao.uso da piscina e tive que ir busca-,lá, por absoluta insistência da funcionária da piscina. Se o funcionário errou, o hotel devia me providenciar a pulseira e não EU ter que correr atrás para resolver o problema. Além disso, não estava especificado que o uso do chamado bangalô (foto em anexo) custava 300 reais e as pessoas, sabendo disso, acabavam, com muito constrangimento, por deixar o local. Por que não avisar com antecedência? Por último, havia uma fila imensa para retirada do carro pelo manobrista. Enfim, foram vários pequenos incidentes que aborreceram bastante.

Atendimento , instalações , preservação do verde,os maravilhosos pavões.

Baixa flexibilidade de tempo do check out.Talvez o hotel pudesse ter uma maior interação com as companhias aéreas a fim de tentar dar maior conforto ao hóspede antes do embarque.

O café da manha era excelente, em uma ambiente super agradável, com várias ilhas pelo salão. o hotel super limpo e organizado. Recebemos um upgrade de quarto, com uma vista deslumbrante para o lago Paranoá. O hotel fica bem na entrada do palácio da alvorada. Hospedagem com objetivo de ir ao consulado americano e estava super perto.

A única queixa é que a água do box vazava para a área do vaso sanitário, molhando o sapato da gente. e não tive tempo de desfrutar da área de lazer do hotel.

Since it was Valentine's day, it was a bit expensive. But it was worth it! The lights in my room all worked, but finding out which switch turned what on was a mini game.

good hotel, nice pool, really nice rooms. ik general good customer service

bathroom bit outdated. english level of the staff really low. in weekends ( when it’s busy ) staff will (litterally) run you over in the breakfast area.

i loved the room and terrace and the pool area. also breakfast on weekdays is lovely

the breakfast in weekends can be quite noisy. personnel will be more stressed and will (litterally) run you over in the breakfast restaurant. also the level of english of the personnel should be better.

At breakfast there was a lot of food to choose from; the food was of good taste and the service was good.

Personel does hardly speak English; the swimming pool has one (relatively hidden) shower; before entering the pool, the people do not take the shower, neither clear feet. The closes toilet to the pool is relatively hidden and rarely used (please connect the dots between the pool and the toilet). The sauna is not up to expectations; there are no lockers (or actually there are lockers, but you are not given the key). Wifi: why is there a limit of one device only? I was traveling for business: laptop, tablet and phone are my devices. The shower in my bathroom was leaking and I had a wet floor all the time.
