Wonderful place to rest and enjoy Ennis from.

Clean, comfortable friendly hotel in a great location. Convenient offer food and bar on location.

There was a bit of noise outside one morning as event tents were being setup. This began before 8 am.

comfortable hotel but rooms need an upgrade

Comfortable beds, Good breakfast, friendly staff

Room decor was drab, bathroom in need of upgrading. We had a ground floor room and were unable to open the curtains due to people standing right out side it. Lighting in room very poor

great hotel and excellent hotel, perfect for a few days get away to Clare.

as a couple, we really liked how it was in the centre of the town. The staff were really helpful and very welcoming upon our arrival. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom especially.

outdated furniture in rooms, although it didn’t take away from our stay we just found things like the really small tv and furniture to be a bit old. Rooms were very hot at night time also.

We loved the property, the chapel was gorgeous, the staff super friendly and the location was excellent

Breakfast finished at 10am, even on a Sunday which we thought was way too early for comfort. It is nice the be able to stroll down to breakfast at your leisure.

Neil was fantastic, so accommodating and friendly! He assisted us with all my families food allergies and lots of local suggestions! Hotel local was perfect and we enjoyed our stay!

The location and size of hotel were perfect for our family reunion. The staff in breakfast area were great. Welcoming, great service and very friendly.

The reception staff were not as welcoming as one would expect in Ireland. Short answers and only when pushed did they address a few issues.

A very nice stay and great people

The location was very good, the restaurant and bar also top notch and the room quite nice.

The mattress was hard so sleep was difficult. But that’s for me.

Great location in center of Ennis, comfortable pillows and bed.

Front door locked at 10:20pm and bar closed. Found this very strange for a hotel. Full breakfast was expensive €13:50 for what it was, very little on the plate, 2 small sausages, 2 skinny bacon and dried out pudding with garnish,, cheap produce.
