Eine wunderbare Oase am Ägäischen Meer für den perfekten Urlaub in der Türkei!

Der Urlaub im Club Marvy war fantastisch: super Hotel, extrem freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und allgemein die ganze grüne Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Hammer Essen: so viel Auswahl und unterschiedliche Angebote, auch mit den versch. Restaurants und Snackbars. Zudem gibt es für alle Altersklassen Unterhaltungsangebote und Aktivitäten-Programm und dennoch kann man sich auch super entspannen. Meine Highlights waren due beiden Hotelstrände, die Beachparty und natürlich das Zimmer-Upgrade, das wir bei unserer Ankknft erhalten hatten. Vielen Dank Club Marvy!

Club Marvy is a good hotel for families, it offers a variety of activities and excellent food.

The food in the main restaurant was excellent. The hotel service was perfect, the people were all very friendly. Our children liked the different activities of the hotels.

The room cleaning was poor. The furnitures in the room were old, and need to be replaced. The rooms need some refurbishment.

best vacation ever with a 7 year old kid

it was our second time back after last year, and we enjoyed it even more. especially life guards at slides, the service at the main restaurant, kids club (especially Cigdem - the duo master!) and help by reception staff to accommodate a meeting room last second was showing above and beyond commitment to customer happiness. also big thank you to trainee Yagiz who is doing a great job at the pool bar. we'll certainly be back for years to come.

not something I didn't like but one note for the management: staff is doing an excellent job considering the number of guests, they keep smiling and giving their best, however it is clear you need more people. please keep investing, as guests like me are not really coming for the room or the pool, there are many other hotels with nice facilities. we keep coming back to Marvy for the service and people and if you lose them due to long hours you'll also lose the guests..

It was good in terms of price performance for a short holiday.

The location of the hotel is good. Kids club is perfect.

Staff was not sufficient. The drinks were not of good quality.

Looks good but doesn’t deliver.

The rooms, beach, restaurants all of a good standard.

In the morning we spent our time at the kids splash park but come lunch time there was no where in that area that we could grab something simple for the kids to snack or eat or even drink. It was either back the main hotel for buffet or a restaurant up one of the many hilly walks with push chair in toe. A small gripe but it was a daily chore. Also the kids club was of a poor standard it looked ok but staff and facilities were lack lustre. No premium drinks at the bars

Really nice place to stay, especially for young families.

Restocking of fridge. Hit and miss. The beds are extremely low, very comfortable, but elderly people struggle to get in and out.

OK but can not recommend.

Breakfast and dinner have been very good. For the restaurants we needed to make a reservation early morning, otherwise no space available.

The beds are old and uncomfortable. Rooms not really clean. You need to call housekeeping for new sheets. No automated changing, very sad. Team not motivated.

Exceptional

facilities are exceptional, food is great, sea and pool are awesome! staff is friendly especially kids club and restaurant.

there was a glass bottle broken in baby pool. despite notifying 4 different people (including the night manager) they did not take any action until some poor kid got really hurt. instead of focusing on "how to buy local produce" and "wearable art" workshops, I'd appreciate more focus on health & safety basics by management.

Not different than any other all inclusive hotel

Plenty of facilities & options to choose from for daytime, activity and evening. Some of the staff were really great & putting in their best effort, trying to make a difference while their counterparts are far from this.

There’s no standard for service or staff at the hotel, say you can get a great drink served at one of the bars and a much worse version of the same drink at another. The hotel didn’t seem to be ready for the season as we received comments like “I’m out of glasses” at prime locations at a prime time or out of certain ingredients. One particular gentleman treated us really poorly because we entered an adult only section with our baby by mistake. Although we made no noise, what so ever, we were asked to leave “because others might see us”. Handled it really bad.

The location was wonderful, the adults only beach was exactly what we were looking for. Food and cocktails were amazing such good value for money

Boutique hotel fell in an all inclusive resort hotel

Great service and staff, feels like a boutique hotel where you get an all inclusive service. Food, service and the overall feeling is 5 star.

small rooms, no iron in the rooms also not available for useage. you need to get paid ironing service.

Great Holiday !

Perfect place for Holiday, lots of amenities and things to do during your stay. Beautiful sunsets and organized themed nights make your stay even better.

Only thing what can be better is staff’s english language , sometimes It can be difficult to communicate in between , otherwise everything perfect !
