Not worth!

Amazing staff and food. That’s only positive things about this place.

First of all price like 4* hotel in big city. After that you will expect similar standard. Of course there is descriptions what is included etc. But straight after coming to the room you will realise there is no any kind of air conditioning or fan in the room even if is middle of the summer. Facilities didn’t work properly and bathroom was poorly cleaned. Wi-Fi didn’t work, just one bottle of water in the room no coffee or tea included. Walls been made of paper. Some people listen to TV very loud whole night and sing. There was no intervention from hotel management till 4AM… Very disappointed and definitely not recommending to anyone!

Nice and clean hotel, very friendly staff and good facilities.

Rooms do not come equiped with A/C. This makes sleeping at night time uncomfortable with a hot roo..

Exceptional

I enjoyed my stay at Victoria hotel , great breakfast , comfortable rooms and nice swimming pool.

Wi-Fi is not working properly and it’s not so Convenient .

I enjoyed staying at this hotel and will definitely choose it again if I need it.

Nice place to relax

The room was rather quiet in spite of nearby road. Comfy bed, helpful staff, nice wellness facilities, including sauna rituals. Unlimited delicious breakfast.

Swimming pool is usually crowded.

Friendly helpful staff. Electric car charging at rear. nothing too much trouble. If you arrive back late as I did press intercom for rear car park barrier and the night man even opens rear door to save you walking round the front.

everything good as usual, I have stayed here frequently. staff friendly and helpful.

It would be nice if the breakfast menu changed a little to involve example cooked mushrooms, baked Beans, bacon etc. it’s more of a cold buffer with the addition of scrabbled eggs and hot dogs plus lots of cold buffet, fruit, yoghurt etc.

It’s a great hotel with nice pool but closes quite early. They start chasing you out at 20:50

Breakfast same every morning hot dogs scrambled eggs. There are plenty of cold meats but it would be nice to have variety like beans, bacon, hot tomatoes etc.

Food, bed size, pool and sauna. Especially liked the sauna sessions and jacuzzi.

Wi-Fi was bad - it didn't work at all.

Not worth it. We should have stayed in Puck or Władysławowo. Even though it was further from my work it would have been

The value for money was very poor. My room was on the attic, it was hot, no air condition, very very noisy, the decor was outdated the and the shower was leaking. Sheets weren’t changed even after we asked for the room to be cleaned. We were charged 100 zł per day for a small dog who slept in his kennel throughout the whole stay.

Great stay, friendly staff, the only thing I would change would be to vary the breakfast choice.

They have a great swimming pool with children’s pool and electric vehicle charger in the back car park. There is even a bowling alley. Staying here again later in July / August 22

Great staff, great swimming pool with curly slide, bowling alley and clean room.

Same breakfast every day. Maybe add some other things I.E beans, tomatoes, mushrooms etc. hot food was scrambled egg and hot dogs each day. Plenty of cold meats and cerial just the hot food a little limited
